I have received a Groupon as a gift from a friend a couple months ago. In the last 2 weeks, I have tried to call and set up an appointment and my calls went straight to voicemail. I cant even leave a message because the voicemail box is full! Just now I tried calling again, and someone picked up but hung up the phone right away without saying anything. I guess I wont be using this Groupon and wont be going there EVER.

Worst service Ive ever seen! I could not get a hold of anyone over the phone to make appointment for my groupon. I had to go in twice and finally be told they could not honor it. They told me i had to call groupon to find out what service was purchased. Needless to say, i requested a refund. And will not recommend this place!

Wish I could give them negative stars. My husband bought me two expensive packages for our anniversary and they refused to see me. They stated I must be related to another Latina who missed her appointment, therefore, my package was no longer acceptable. Horrible place. Very prejudice and unwilling to refund my money.
