I washed my truck and the brush pulled off a step pad on my running boards. I noticed it when I got home. I returned to the car wash and told the guy. He walked inside the car wash and found my step pad. He said his car wash didnt cause the problem! My truck is brand new. He said it must have just fallen off. The step pads had no prior damage to them whatsoever except on the tabs where they were ripped off. Do not use this car wash. They dont take responsibility for the obvious.

Horrible customer service! The lady (Who happened to be the manager did not make sure my tires were on the tracks correctly. Needless to say my car got stuck half way in between the wash. She was extremely condescending and said that it was my fault because I did not follow directions. She was not apologetic at all. Do yourself a favor and listen to reviews. Do not come here!

Ran both my wifes SUV and my pick up thru. Did not remove any bugs from grill or windshield and poor rinse left soap all over grill and rear view mirrors. Left water spots all over the vehicle. Thank goodness I brought a chamois. Paid for tire treatment on both vehicles. Treatment wasnt applied during the wash. Wont be back!

People there are very rude. Yelled at me for putting 3 tied Wal-Mart bags of trash inside the trashcan beside the vacs. Said, "this place is a carwash, not a dumpster. Take out that trash." I did. And I will NEVER go back.

Paid for a wash and my car still came out dirty. Vacuums didnt work. Spoke with manager and he told me I should have gone somewhere else then. Poor customer service. Will not return.
