Saturdays this place is very busy, choose your time wisely. I had a good experience for the most part. My twin and I came in together and she was sat day first by the lady in #5 to sit in stall #8, 10 minutes later I was asked to sit in stall #4 and I started getting worked on before her. Finally someone came to her seat and started on her after waiting longer than myself to get worked on, and didnt do what my sister asked for gave her the more exspinse manicure. The lady working on me was quick and good at what she did however when you get a manicure with a set of fake nails and white tips they dont do your cuticles that they created by all the filing. The clear paint on top was bubbly but overall they look nice for how quickly it was done. 20 minutes after I was finished my sister was finally finished.

Not sure what the other person is talking about, theres no faith in the tubs because they use plastic liners that they removed after each customer. The chairs are not falling apart they are very nice executive chairs for the customers to sit in. Why would you rate someone on the quality of their chairs and said of the quality of the service? Stupid..... after said that, Ive been coming here for several years and they do amazing job. Quality service for sure. Ive tried several places in Rockwall and they are hands-down the best at what they do. I recommend Judy, she is absolutely amazing nail technician!

My daughter and I had a mani and pedi at World Nails and were quite please with the service we received. When we arrived, we did not have to wait and both women were very helpful and courteous.

Not sanitary at all! Chairs are falling apart. Dont waste your time scheduling an appointment because you will still have the wait. I left as soon as I saw the filth of the chairs foot tubs.

They do a great job on my nails and feet. If I go on Saturday, I make an appointment with the person that knows me best. They go above and beyond to please me. Very relaxing.
