Before last Tuesday, I wouldve rated them 5/5, easily. The ladies in chair 5 and 7 do great work. Theyre usually there early, before the salon opens, and very friendly. However, last Tuesday I made the mistake of not making an appointment and just walking in. My first complaint was that the lady doing my nails seemed annoyed that I came in "so late" (1.5 hours before closing) and just walked in. She wasnt talking, or asking what I wanted. I asked for a certain shape and right away, she butchered my nails. I asked for a dip powder, and I could tell she was inexperienced. After about 30 minutes of me wanting to say something about how terrible they were, a man in the salon came and started attempting to fix them (shape wise). I knew when every employee was gathered around my nails watching him fix them that they knew they were terrible as well. The guy asked "do you like them?" & I answered nicely by simply pointing out the nails I had the biggest issue with. He responded with "I noticed all of that and Im very sorry but we cannot fix it now because the cuticle is very sensitive at this moment" I understood the explanation, but I was simply baffled when he still charged me full price. How can you acknowledge my nails are terrible then give me no incentive to come back? He couldve given me a card with 10% off for next time or taken off 5 bucks. Instead I paid 40 dollars for nails that I cannot wait to come off. I was amazed that theyd offer me no type of "you can come back _____ day and we can fix them" they had no care that my nails looked the way they do. While I was a regular, they may have just lost my service for ever. & no I dont have the wrong salon, the one by wing stop and lowes. Again, gone there for years.

This was my second visit to this place. The first time I paid $65. I got dipped nails, a pedicure, and I was impressed. The picture below is what I received yesterday. This was my second visit. I paid $85 for what I found to be a gel manicure and a pedicure. Although I specifically asked for a full set and then later reiterated that I would like my dipped nails removed and yellow dip to replace it. I believe the confusion came when they didnt have yellow dip. The guy showed me a yellow nail in a book and I said I like it. Had I know it was just polish I more than likely wouldnt have agreed...my bad for not knowing nail terminology. I have NEVER paid $47 for a pedicure and my nails are see through, theyre SUPER thin, and VERY ugly. I asked them to fix them and told them thats not what I asked for. I told that I needed to pay more but a discount price to fix his mistake. The guy argued with me about what I wanted. He was rude. He refused to speak English, which I thought was the official language. This situation could have been avoided if maybe we had a mediator that spoke both languages, or if they at least hired people who can communicate with the clients. For the amount of money I spent there I at least expected to get what I asked for. I feel like Ive been robbed. This place is very expensive for what you receive and theyre extremely unprofessional in dealing with complaints. I will never go back.

All I can say is if you make an appointment here dont be ONE minute late! We went there to take our Mothers there as a gift for Mothers Day. We were running a couple of minutes behind and when we walked in we told the employee we had four appointments at the same time. The employee seemed confused. She then proceeded to tell us that because we were "late" she had taken two customers in front of us and we would have to wait 20 to 30 minutes. The fumes from the artificial nails were overwhelming so we stepped outside. We decided at that point to go somewhere else. As were getting in our cars the employee comes outside to tell us she could take us now. We declined. This is a new establishment and if you have an appointment with a client you should put THAT client first. This was not good business practices and we will NOT be back!!!

The service wasnt terrible, the women who did my pedicure did a fabulous job! However, I got dipped nails and left with my crusty left overs all over my fingers after 2 hours of getting the dipping powder on. I also feel that I got ripped off a little. I got gel polish on my toes and they charged me an extra $20 just for the polish. On top of my already $40 pedicure. I find this to be high as everywhere else I have gone usually only charges me $5 extra for gel. I will not be going back.

I paid for the most expensive service there and received a terrible pedicure. My manicure was lumpy and uneven. I can in the next day to have them redo my heals because they did not remove the dead skin properly. They refused to do it and embarrassed me in front of customers. I paid a total of $85 for my mani and pedi and what an awful waste of money. They are so rude, the wait is so long. Do not waste you money or time here!

Awful!! I was just going to get a basic gel manicure and it looked horrible. Left my nails Jagged and thinned them out so much. I usually go to Zen spa in rockwall but decided to try this since its closer, but NO!! Will not be back. $10 more than rockwall zen spa and just pitiful outcome. Will not be back and suggest not going if you care how your nails look.

This place was awesome. The staff was so nice and made me feel so comfortable. They really cared about making me look good. The price was outstanding. This place is the best around. It would be worth your time to check them out.

Horrible customer service! We wrote a review on their fb page & they called my mom a "nasty annoying b*tch" they made mine and my little sisters nails bleed, & said it was our fault. & my sisters nail fell off after ONE WEEK!
