Trying to call them and get a message "Sorry the number is busy, try again later". ??? This is 2016, they dont have voicemail or multiple lines? I have told their techs to fill my inline chlorine dispenser 4 times, every time I check it is empty. They throw a floater with a couple tabs in the pool. Also, they stopped leaving us a note telling us what was done. This has gone on for 4-5 months now. We have no idea if they showed up or not. Seriously, this is not rocket science.

Hands down the best pool experience I have had. Ive used Craigslist groups and even recommended groups and hands down swim tech showed service I didnt see previously. Brandon showed up early and was extremely professional and respectful. Really seemed like he was there to help resolve any issues as opposed to selling more. The monthly service is something to look into, wasnt a fan of others do to cost but for what you get I highly recommend with swim tech. Would refer to anyone.

I try to give my business to the local stores as much as possible to help our local neighbors, versus the "big-box" stores like Leslies. I have used Swim Tech since I moved to Garland 4 years ago, and I have no complaints on their great service, prices or selection. I wish the branch store closer to me (near Garland) had not closed, but I can certainly understand that with the state of the economy were in. I give this business 5 stars!

I called and they were slammed , which I understand and they made an effort to get here quicker than first said , but then they wanted a credit card on file to make an appointment. That right there told me this is the wrong company to call , I would never give a credit card number just to get them to show up.

I have been dealing with these people for four years now and this business is run very proffesional. Very friendly people and very up in the pool business. I sure do miss them when they left rowlett. Janice is such a sweetheart and very friendly. I think she is the owners wife. Give them a try.

Very nice and helpful. They pointed me in the right direction toward some much less expensive things I needed over the more expensive things I thought were needed. She then let me know what to expect was upcoming as a new pool owner of a house with an older pool. What more could you want?

Not good for leak detection, very poor communication with customers. Nobody talks to each other at store so no one knows whats going on. Expensive also.
