Went to a local Hot Tub retailer. After going back and forth with them for weeks I called Jim. He came out right away, quoted me a price, ordered the part and installed it. Less than a week total time. Oh and charged me less to put in because it went quicker than he thought. I wasnt there so he could have charged me full price. Honest. Knowledgeable. Responsive. I had an urgent issue to repair my hot tub because I am selling our house. Within 24 hours of my call to Jim he was at my home. He went out of his way to squeeze me in on a very busy schedule. He went to work right away and fixed the problem in very little time and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend him.

Not impressed, I called with a leaking tub with a common problem. The tub was apart for them and ready to fix. They came out, left a note to call them so I did. Talked to Jim who said he would work up a cost to fix it and never heard back. Called 3 times...no response. Dont waste your time.

Jim , Came out after I had a competitor out I didnt like his diagnostics Heater Relay. I found Jim he came out and found relay OK, it was the water flow meter he fixed and a shut off valve Fast , reasonable priced, highly recommend his services.
