I just recently moved to the West area and thought it was great there was a nail salon close. I called and made a reservation as requested on their website and showed up to my appointment. I will say, I was 7 minutes late, but I was the only customer and I know they do take walk-Ins. I walked in and no one greeted me. The two ladies that were there when I walked in were sitting in chairs and I literally had to walk half way in the store to see where their voices were coming from. I told them my name and they asked me to have a seat at one of the nail techs tables. One lady handed me the the few gel nail polish options they had and walked away. I waited about five minutes before a guy walked to the table. He didnt say a word to me. I asked him if he had a certain OPI color to match my toes and he didnt answer. So I thought, ok, its not a big deal to have another color, just as long as Im getting my nails done. I picked a color and he started taking off the current gel polish with a tool that basically takes layers off your nail. I was ok with that since Ive had that done before. Id prefer to have my gel nails wrapped with foil or with cotton balls and remover, but every nail salon does them differently. He was somewhat gentle. Besides his lack of communication at this point, he took the color off just fine. My nails were long and I wanted them cut back short, so when he started using the other tool that I would say does more grinding, I politely said to him that it would be easier to just cut them with a nail trimmer and file them down. (Thats how most of the salons Ive been to do it and it works fine and its a lot faster). He continued grinding my nails and at one point he did it so close to my skin that it took my skin off. Now, Ive had tattoos, kidney stones and gave birth, so I know a little bit about pain. I immediately pulled my hand back and said "that hurt". The guy said nothing. I let him continue thinking he heard me and wont let it happen again. Nope. He did it again. So that time I said in a calm voice, "you took skin off my two fingers now and it hurts". This time he said, "ok, I know". So I said to myself, Ill let him do it one more time and see if hes understood that what he was doing was hurting me. When he grabbed my hand to start drilling again, I pulled my hand back without really realizing it because I was hesitant to let him hurt me again. He looked me straight in the eye, glared at me and pulled my hand towards him with force. I IMMEDIATELY felt something was wrong with this situation and said, " I am very uncomfortable and I want to leave." I asked him how much I owed him for what he had done. and hes said nothing. I left quick. I have never written a review before for any business, but I was completely appalled by the service and felt it was necessary this time. I work in customer service, so I am fully aware of how people should act and accommodate customers. I wanted to get this out there for others who are thinking about going to this place. You may have a total different experience, but in my opinion, I would stay far away. I will continue to drive 20 mins East to get my nails done at a place that is VERY welcoming, where they WILL apologize if they accidentally hurt me and they have endless color selections for regular and gel polish.

Wont be going back. Had my nails done by a man and he was extremely rude and actually hurt my nail beds with the tool that takes off existing gel polish. I told him several times it hurts and he just kept applying a ton of pressure. I also showed him the shape of my nails before he started and said please shape them exactly this way, which was the squoval shape. My nails were not even filed and I walked out with sharp, square nails. Even though I told him several times I wanted the squoval shape. I observed everyone else in the salon getting the customary hand and arm massage but the man doing my gel fill didnt do one for me. When I got home, I noticed one of my nails had bubbling and the polish was uneven. Then I punctured a plastic bag because my nail shape was a sharp square. I had to file them and because of that, one of the nails peeled back. Now today, I have two more broken nails, something thats never happened to me before. All in all, I had a bad experience. I will not be back.

A man did my nails, and he was extremely rude. Acted like I was more of a burden there thang anything, rushed through it as fast as he could, my nails are NOT shaped the same in any way, one is squared, one is squared but with rounded edges, and one is almost pointed. I was told to go here because they do such great work, but he tried to rush me out as soon as he could, he yanked on my hands and fingers & there was nothing relaxing about the experience. I dont usually write reviews and Ive had to actually write a bad one, but I had to speak up on this one. I did not like my experience and I will not go back.

Horrible customer services. Walk in ask for a manicure for my daughter and full set for me. They say no manicure and just do a nail polish change. Stilling waiting for me to sit. Well then I get told wont be in 15 mins like I was told it will be 30 or longer. Cause they forgot they had appointments. To top it off some of the nail techs are swearing up a storm in front of my 5 year old daughter. Go to pay per there sign nail color change 6.00 dollars. But charge me 7.00 dollars. I know its a dollar but what the hell. Never going there again. They are the worst ever!!!!!

I started going there shortly after they opened, I actually go almost every week, spending anywhere between 60 and 130 dollars in pedicures, manicures and massages. Good service, good results. I was very disappointed when I was over charged the last time I was there. When I brought it up, it was some how my fault. Sad that they couldnt keep a customer that spends that much happy when I referred 3 plus people. I guess a business that doesnt value their customers wont stay long. I know they just lost my service and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone anymore.

I went there for a massage while my wife got her nails done. Great customer service, great massage, and the massage was a whole hour! They dont jip you like most places that say its an hour massage and really its about 45 minutes. Ive only been a few times but they remember my name and try hard to make it a pleasant and relaxing experience. On the flip side, my wife always says they do a nice job on her nails.
