Unbelievable. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I made an appointment as I was in a hurry & only had a certain amount of time and upon arrival had to wait 20 minutes standing around- there was no one available let alone the person I made the appointment with to help me, whats the point in making an appointment if theyre not even ready when you get there?? I was then told to pick out a color and when asked if I had gel on my fingers already (I did) she told me to sit at an empty table. this place is a mess with empty coffee cups, stray tools and garbage laying on nail stations. Gross. Then instead of having someone soak cotton pieces in acetone and putting for oil around each finger to take off my existing gel the woman poured acetone into a cop and told me to soak my fingers in it. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? After dipping my fingers in for a mere two seconds they turned white and looked dead- this is a serious chemical that should only be put on the gel alone, you SHOULD NOT be soaking your skin in it! when I asked her if I could do the cotton swabs and foil she looked confused and then told me, "well it will be a lot longer, I should just dip the nails themselves in instead" Seriously? I got up wash my hands and left without even getting a manicure. This place is a joke, save your money and go anywhere else . The tips of my fingers are still white from soaking in acetone for only a couple seconds .

I was so very disappointed in the customer service at this salon. I had a pedicure one day was barely greeted by the front desk and was hardly spoken to or told where to go or what to do. The effort put into the pedicure was terrible and to top it off the lady answered AND talked on her personal cell phone during my pedicure. Went back the next day for a manicure with my almost three year old daughter to get her nails painted. The same woman did my manicure as the day before and I felt like she couldnt wait to get me out of her chair. They tried to do both my daughter and myself at the same time. The woman who did my daughter snapped at her the whole time to sit still while painting her nails in the aisle. I then was shooed over to the dryer with no direction of how long to stay there or how to turn it on. Some other kind woman turned it on for me. I was so angry that I left too early and messed the paint up. Good thing my daughter doesnt know the difference and she was still excited. I use to go to this salon all the time years ago but will not be returning. Its really to bad because the owner is very friendly and kind.

I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE. They lack customer service skills entirely. I made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure to try the place out. The woman who helped me was not friendly at all when I got there. She barely made eye contact with me. The manicure that I received was awful. She hacked at my cuticles and made me bleed on three of my fingers and didnt even apologize for it. She spent, at the most, five minutes on my manicure. My nails werent even filed nicely. Then it came time for my pedicure---the water was lukewarm and she didnt even give my feet a good scrub or check for rough spots on my feet! Isnt that one of the most important parts of a pedicure??? I went home and felt my feet and they were not smooth at all. What a waste of money that was. I could have done a much better job myself and saved $40. This place is a joke.

I went with a friend to get a "spa" pedicure and I got the chop shop quickie pedicure and paid $45 for it?! Waste of time and money. The woman doing my pedicure was completely engaged in everything else around her except doing my nails. Blathering away with the women around her that work there and constantly looking towards the door - she was not focused on my nails and it showed. I think she was the manager to boot, what horrible customer service. The massage was 1 minute and the dry rough skin on my feet was hardly touched- she clearly wanted to get me in and out. My nails were filed all on one side so they are totally crooked and look terrible. She didnt even show me where to go to dry my nails- just waved me over the to the waiting area. RIDICULOUS. Go somewhere else and save your money.

I went in for a manicure and pedicure this past Friday. The pedicure was great, they just got new chairs and I think they did a nice job. I had regular polish put on my toes and it turned out very well. My finger nails were a different story. I had gel polish done on them. She got the polish all over my cuticles and tried to clean it up with the polishing handpiece for the acrylic nails. It helped, but it was still a mess. Within three days the polish started pulling up from over my cuticles and now Im not even a week out and its half off from the loose ends snagging on things. Definitely not worth what I paid for it.

2nd review - Love the newly remodeled space!! Kathy is always my go-to-lady!! I tried a new place closer to me and that was a huge mistake. Although i was gone for awhile, I appreciate how much Kathy remembers me. Her staff is friendly too. Proud to be a client-4-life!! I drive from Minnetonka to get my nails done, Kathy exceeded my expectations. Im licensed myself and Im EXTREMELY picky, clean tools and work station. She was able to enhance my current nail length instead of cutting them off, like everywhere else does. Id say theyre prices are $10 - $15 higher than other places but Ill pay that for great quality.

My gel manicure was done in haste, it was thick, I was charged for a poorly executed design on my ring finger that looked like I did it myself. My manicure (which normally lasts 2 weeks) lasted less than one. Even after I asked if the sides would peel up I was told it would be fine. My gel pedicure was ok. Normally lasts 2+ months and is already peeling. Also done in haste. To get me in and out. Seems like they are more interested in quantity of people (more money) than the quality of the manicure. After 5+ years of going here I will not be returning (and neither will my mother or grandmother).

The lady that did my nails was nice but she rushed throughout the whole process. I asked for dip nails with a design and paint my toe nails, but she ended up just completing my nails without a design and not painting my toes. No lotion, no instruction on how long I should sit and dry or if I should wash my hands. My nails have stains around my skin. If you are in a rush to get in and out then its good place, but if you are there for individualized attention giving you the best customer service without feeling rushed then I wouldnt come here. I dont believe its world class.
