I would have given this spa two stars but the esthetician was extremely nice so I wanted to be fair to her. First: I had an appointment at 2 pm for a deluxe facial, perfect plant peel, eyebrow wax and an eyelash tint. I got a call at 11:05 asking if I could be there by 12:15, "no problem! I just need directions from St. Paul because I am currently driving." The receptionist literally told me she had no idea "maybe take 494?" I then asked her if she could perhaps find someone who could give directions- "umm...seriously I really dont think anyone knows that area." Are you freakin kidding me?? This is your JOB! Its so crazy that, as an owner/manager, you wouldnt have directions taped to the front desk. Second: Is this a spa or a boutique? They have 4 chairs for guests waiting, so I assume, the rest of the guests waiting will shop. It was really uncomfortable to be one of the clients sitting while 3 other guests had to stand. Stick to one business- spa or boutique? Third: I get into the spa room and the sweet esthetician is doing the intake- completely the wrong services. Once again, the receptionist screwed up. Receptionists totally make it or break it. In this case, they broke it. Fourth: The massage was terrible. I didnt get a full body or anything but it is included in the facial service. Terrible, Id rather just lay there and relax. Overall, it was fine. I wouldnt go back.

They got me in at my scheduled time. Chelsea did a fabulous job. My face felt wonderful and was very happy with her service. She asked me about my concerns and my facial was so relaxing. Also thank you to Donna, she performed my massage, wasnt to hard or soft and she really worked out my stress areas. As I was leaving, was so relaxed almost forgot to stop and pay for the service. LOL THANK YOU AGAIN!

Best facial Ive ever had! I love seeing Chelsea. She is so relaxing and really checked over my skin to give me the perfect treatment. They have great hours too so its always easy to work out a time to come in!
