Ive been going here regularly for a few years now. Several really great therapists, the others Ive had have been good too--you just have to tell them what you want while youre getting your massage. I think some people are afraid to say something to their therapist if they want them to use lighter/ more pressure but... the therapists are not mind readers, ya gotta tell them what you. ;) I love ALL the staff there... great management & the girls working the desk do an awesome job, too! The girls can help a lot in helping you get the kind of massage your looking for as well. If you let them know what you want prior to setting up your appointment, they know each therapists specialty area & will schedule accordingly. The only thing I dont like about Massage Envy is, a certain part of the company policy. I started my membership in Maple Grove, ONLY because I was in Maple Grove the day of my first massage at a Massage Envy & have never been back to Maple Grove since, & I cant transfer my membership to the Rogers location so...Maple Grove is my "home " location (doesnt make sense to me at all).

This location is the best by far. The massage therapists are really knowledgeable and they listen great. The girls at the front desk are also really nice and always match me with the best massage therapist. The prices arent that bad either which helps. Plus management is really good at working with me when I have any complaints. I like to see Brett and Candace, theyre awesome. If I cant get in when I want to the people just put me on a list and theyre good about calling. I love coming here for my massages and I will never go anywhere else!

I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER FOR ALMOST A YEAR AND HAVE THURSDAYS OFF AND I NEVER CAN GET IN FOR A MASSAGE AT ROGERS LOCATION UNLESS I SCHEDULE OUT 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE AND WITH MY JOB I ONLY KNOW MY SCHEDULE A FEW DAYS AT MOST IN ADVANCED. THEY NEED MORE MASSAGE PERSONEL. I JUST CALLED LOOKING FOR ANY OPEN APPOINTMENT 2 DAYS IN ADAVANCE AND THEY CANT GET ME IN AGAIN AS USUAL. ITS MY BIRTHDAY AND I CANT GET IN WITH OUT DRIVING WAY OUT OF MY WAY THIS LOCATION I STRONGLY WOULD RECOMEND NOT BECOMING A MEMBER!

I always ask for a massage for Christmas and Mothers day. My last 3 out of 4 appointment they call me the day before or the morning of because the therapist will be unavailable. When I do ACTUALLY get to go its always been great and wonderful though - once I actually get to go. Im not thrilled about the sales pitch at the end but I suppose they are a business too.

Beware of membership. Once you sign up, you are on an autopay program that they make you jump through hoops to get out of - written cancellation, personal visit for signature..... And they auto-renew your membership without asking. In addition, my wife was dissappointed in the service - short service and less than professional. Cheap for a reason.

Couldnt be more pleased with the service i recieved at this location. Not only was the massage exceeding my expections, but the front desk was very personable and professional. Two thumbs WAY up.. i am now a memeber and cannot wait for my next visit!

Went to get relief for neck pain, and what I got was a massage therapist who reeked of cigarette smoke. Her skin smelled and thats all I could think of the whole time. Gross....
