This daycare is HORRIBLE!! I would suggest NOT sending your kids here. The staff does not communicate with each other about a childs needs or anything else for that matter. NO matter how many times you tell them your child cannot have something... THEY DONT LISTEN and dont really seem to care! My child will not be attending this school due to the lack of teaching, care taking, and listening skills on the staffs part. My son can only wear a certain type of diapers and twice he came home in the wrong diaper which lead to his bottom breaking out and him in so much pain. I was told they put him in the wrong diaper because he didnt have any there BUT come to find out they had plenty of diapers for him!! This is just RIDICULOUS and LAZY! They repeatedly lost his cup or didnt know where it was. This is a not a place to send your child if you are looking for your child to be CARED for!

My daughter was so excited to start a new school after moving from out of state. Two weeks in she would cry all night and all morning begging not to go. Come to find.out there were several instances of the teachers screaming, i mean screammming, at the children. I went to the director not only did ahe know about the instance but there was nothing done. After I spoke to her she assured me it would be fixed. Not only was it not fixed it happend again.and my child cried so hard she threw up on herself and no one called to notifiy me. I picked her up she was in her spare clothes yet no one cared to explain why. I had to hear from her older sister how the teachers were treating my 4 year old and the other kids in her class. They ruined school for my child. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I have been sending my children for care here for over 5 years and never have I had a billing issue or a concern over the treatment of my children. I have children that sometimes need extra services -therapy/counseling- and the staff has always accommodated the outside personnel and I have received nothing but positive comments from these individuals. Yes, there is turn-over and that happens at ever facility when dealing with young children or the geriatric population-because its hard work, but Rhonda and her team make sure the new staff members are well trained and can handle the children and their needs. Communication between you, the staff, the management and your children is the key to successful child care.

My son is currently attending this daycare. I hate it!!!! He came home with a black and red bite in his shoulder with no reason. The employees couldnt tell me what happened. When I spoke to the manger she said the teacher doesnt remember so she doesnt know either. She will talk to everyone and make sure it doesnt happen again. Then I come get him today and he has dried blood all over him with no explanation. None of the 3 teachers that were watching him knew why he was all bloody. Dont let your child go to this daycare!!!!!!

My granddaughter currently goes to The Lighthouse & is in the infant room. We Love how attentive & sweet her teachers are. And the room is always clean & I have came in several times when the toys are being washed & sanatized (Thank you)! The director, Nicole, is so sweet & is always so cheerful. You can tell she loves the children at the school.

The teachers in the Tots room are so wonderful! They give those kids such a strong foundation to grow on and have hugs and kisses always available. They are very hands on and willing to help in any way possible. Kudos!!!
