I am a repeat parent at this Childtime facility. I had my first child enrolled over 9 years ago and she attended for 4 years until she started Kindergarten. Since I had such a pleasant experience I chose to enroll my 2nd child here as well and he has been here going on 2 years now. It was refreshing to see there are still a few friendly faces that were here back when my daughter went to school. This is an older facility but they keep it very tidy and I have always felt it gives a warm vibe like grandmas house. The staff here have always been very welcoming and great with both of my children. I would highly recommend this Childtime to any parent.

The caregivers are very nice and attentive to my son. I love that they segregate the age groups. The rooms are kept clean and sanitary. They snap photos of your child and share them with you via email, ensures me that things are going well with my little one. A big plus is that they provide meals for the children so no need to pack a lunch, unless of course your child is on a specific diet. The director can sometimes be a little rude on the phone, always seems rushed but I would understand that when youre running a school of children. As long as my son is taken care of, thats all that matters to me.

My daughter attended the center for a while. The center presents well on first inspection but there are some things that happen there and you will find out once enrolled. From the fictitious incident report to the high turnover of teachers and assistant directors I couldnt imagine that they pride themselves on the service they provide. They are very unorganized on a day to day basis and from one staff to the next policy and procedures are different. I am glad that I pulled my daughter from this daycare. I would not recommend this daycare to anyone.

I used to work at this establishment and I can honestly say I would take my own children here. The only issue I ever had there was when the old director would make me go out of ratio. (Sadly this was every afternoon but at least it was with older kids that were behaving okay, never with babies or toddlers) Eventually I quit to go to school but I can say overall my experience there was great. Kids get to do a lot of cool activities, and they have so many toys to play with that DO get sanitized.

My child has been enrolled at Childtime since the end of summer. I have nothing but pleasant things to say about the Director, Miss Karen, and the teachers that I see on a daily basis. Everyone is very friendly, and quick to answer any questions I may have. I never worry about my son while he is at daycare, because I know they are providing a safe, fun, and educational environment for him. I would definitely recommend this child care provider to any of my family and friends.

The people who work at Childtime in Rowlett are so caring and treat your children as if they are their own. The director is amazing and very caring and willing to go out of her way to help you with anything. The center is very pretty and I love the homey atmosphere. Definitely recommend!!
