Prior to stepping foot into this store I called ahead of time and asked if they were able to do a simple bearing job on a driveshaft. The man on the phone said yes and informed me the shop labor rate was $65.00/Hr. I asked how long it should take to complete in order to budget for the cost of the job, the man told me the minimum on anything is half an hour and should not take that long. Upon arrival the following day in the store another man told told me that it takes an hour to an hour and a half to do this simple job and beings they closed in an hour if it was going to take longer than an hour to help out a guy in need it would have to wait until Monday and I would be charged even more. So to put this into perspective I brought a driveshaft to have a $50 bearing pressed on and they wanted to charged me over $100 to press it on. I truly hope this parts house/hokey mechanic shop goes out of business in the near future. Customer service is lacking in nearly every industry and to tell a local person basically you are screwed without a vehicle because we are not willing to stay an extra half an hour to make a good impression is unacceptable. Maybe the owner needs to take a look at how much profit is being pushed away and think about hiring people excited to make his business grow. Good Riddance.

Went to the shop at 4.00 on a Friday. Sign says 5. They werent open.. Waste of time & gas.
