All Pro has become MY MECHANIC! A few months ago I was looking for a local mechanic. I had been to a quick oil change place that recommended flushing transmission, power brake and power steering fluids. I called All Pro and had a nice conversation with Jill. She made me feel confident that their licensed mechanic would look everything over and then make recommendations on what needed to be done. Jill listened to me and as I told her we were driving across the country for Thanksgiving, she recommended new brake pads since mine were at 10%. Only one of the three fluids listed above were needed at this time. I was in and out in under an hour and a half. My bill was detailed and I understood what I was being charged for and was pleasantly surprised at the cost. Since then I have called several times as I am searching for an inexpensive used vehicle for a 16 year old driver. All Pro does a used car inspection - charges $90 in labor for one hour, but often spends an hour and a half. I brought in two vehicles with only a phone call advance notice that I was coming. The first vehicle they found signs of a significant front end accident, listed their findings, walked me around the car and advised me of certain things I can look for during my search, and only charged me for a half hour of labor. The second vehicle I brought to them passed with a buy recommendation. The day it was brought in by the current owner, I had two conversations with David about it on the phone. I got a detailed report of all findings and they charged me for only 8/10th of an hour in labor. I feel confident purchasing this vehicle for my son to drive. And I look forward to having all our vehicles serviced at my new family mechanic - All Pro in Wylie.

Great Repair Facility. I have used Allpro for over 15 years. In that time, I have had many different vehicles serviced. Old, new, 4 wheel drive, lifted, sports car, etc. and have always been treated well and received professional service. I currently have a Truck, Suburban, a 2003 Thunderbird, a G35 coupe and a 1978 Camaro and they service all of these vehicles with no problems. I have referred many people to them over the years and they continue to use Allpro as their repair facility. Dave and Jill are very honest and very detailed in their analysis of each vehicle. I have even had them talk me out of repairs I thought I needed. I have read some of the reviews about how they were unprofessional and left their cars a mess. I personally do not like anything to be mechanically wrong with one of my vehicles so I am up there more than most and I have never witnessed anything even remotely close to Dave or Jill being unprofessional. If you want an honest assessment of what is wrong with your vehicle and want it fixed correctly, then Allpro Autocare is your place.

We took our car in for repair to several items. One of the major items was the air conditioner. We paid for $500 worth of repairs that included an evaporator a dryer, dye, gas, and plenty of labor. We went to use the air conditioner when it finally got warm enough outside... and to my dismay the AC didnt work at all. Upon returning the vehicle and explaining my disappointment, I was told that... and i quote... "It was working when it left here". Against my better judgement, and knowing what was coming next, we left the car with them to "find out" what was wrong. the next morning when i called i was informed that the "Top Hose was blown" and "The bottom hose has a leak"... and "I will have some pricing for the repairs later"... How unprofessional is that! Charge me $500 for repairing the AC.. only to have me come back to CHARGE ME AGAIN!!! NO WAY... DONT DO IT! Run as fast and far as you can from these people... BE AFRAID!

Our Car wouldnt start,So We towed our car up to there shop and talked to dave telling him we just need him to put on machine on machine to diagnose the problem Also reminding him we had no battery in it. A few weeks go by Dave would not I repeat not return phone calls. So after a few weeks His Wife Jill calls us Telling us we need to bring a battery up to them ,knowing thats we brought it to them in the first place ( they are suppose to be a auto shop I would think they would have battery to put in it )so anyway we still tried to talk to dave and still no return calls so my husband called and spoke to jill and toldd her we would be by to pick up car and she wanted to charged 20:00 so when we asked her for a reciept she told us it would a 30 min wait for a reciept we said fine next thing we know my husband gets a phone call from Dave telling us our car is in the street Not Very Good Business If Ya askMe

I have a 2004 Hyundai Elantra. It had many issues: brakes, leaky valve cover gasket, struts, belts, etc. I took my poor car to All Pro Autocare, Inc. in Wylie. I was given an estimate for the repairs, which I considered fair and below estimates from 2 other repair shops. I am completely satisfied with the work that was done. I, now, enjoy driving my car, again. Jill was amazing, very knowledgeable and honest. She was very straight forward about what needed to be done and what it was going to cost. I will be taking my car to All Pro, again, if needed. It is nice to find a place you can trust. I used to work on my own cars, so I am not ignorant when it comes to repairs. So, I know, if someone is trying to "take" me. I didnt have that problem here.

I have been going to All Pro for many years now for all of my cars. They give excellent services and their work is always top notch. All Pro has always given me good / sound advice on the maintenance of my vehicles and when a problem does occur, they respond quickly and professionally. I trust them, not only with the my vehicle but also with the cars my wife and daughter drive everyday. As far as pricing, I have always found them to be more than fair and they always explain in detail (and in writing) the work done and cost for each step. I could not recommend them any higher. All Pro is my shop for life or for as long as I am living in north Texas anyway.

My car has been giving me fits for a while, so I decided to finally take it into the shop to get looked at. Not only is the diagnosis half the price of that at any dealership or even Christian Brothers, but they didnt even charge me the initial 42 dollars to have the car looked at! For running an hours worth of tests and even replacing my coil pack (I supplied the coil pack) was way cheaper than it would have been to even have the car looked at by a dealership! Also, Jill has been so helpful and wonderful to me! I will DEFINITELY recommend All Pro to everyone I know! Thanks so much guys!
