The worst customer service!! They broke my key pad and didnt even tell me til they couldnt start my car. The cost to replace it is $374 (according to the dealer ship, it has to be programed). Even just to get a replacement key only is $174. My visit took place on 5/6/17. After one hour of sitting in the waiting room, I asked the lady is there a problem or did it just get behind because several customer were able to get done before me. I was told, she didnt know! Then the old man came in and said he couldnt start my car, was there a problem with my key pad before I showed up. I said no, and this tells me you were very rough with the key and broke it. What are we going to do about this? He said I could go up to Ace Hardware and get another key made and he would reimburse me. I said NO, you are going to give me a free oil change and I am not coming back!! Just think, If I wouldnt have carried a spare key in my purse I would have been stranded!! He said he would honor the free oil change but wouldnt pay for BOTH. After my visit with the Toyota dealership and finding out the true cost, I made another visit to Valvoline and it was just worse! I simply told him the information that the dealership gave me and what my options were to get a spare key and asked the old guy would he make this right because I didnt have this kind of money. He said NO, that I made my decision when I walked out the first time. I was very upset and shacking with anger!! How dare him to not even make any effort to fix what THEY broke! I advised him this was not they way Customer Service works and that I will be writing the BBB. He then said I have a very bad attitude!!! Really........and then insult me.....WOW Oh by the way, these location is privately owned so the Corporate office can not force them to fix this issue and I have no on else to call! So just beware if they mess up your car in anyway....THEY WILL NOT FIX IT AND YOU HAVE NO ONE ELSE TO COMPLAIN TO!!! I will just be happy to at least get $100 with my free oil change that would allow me to get just another spare key. I am not even asking for the $374. 5/20/17 They have reimbursed me as agreed today and made this right. Thank you

Went in, everything was dandy, the Owner was even nice. I went in to get it inspected, get my car back with a broke E-Brake not passing the inspection. The E-brake worked fine when I went in, its a Manual. You have to use the E-brake in a manual. When the guy pulled up to tell me I failed the inspection with a wire showing in the tire. I could tell the noise was wrong with the E-brake after he stopped the car and ran off in the back before I could see what happened. I get out and get the Owner asking him what happened, not one of the Employees admitted to breaking it, so instead they told me to Lie to the Dealership to get it fixed for free because its under warranty. When I started chewing the owner out, he stole the keys from hand and attempted to get in my car and park in the parking next to him, the auto reaction I had was to push him and get my keys back from his hand so he couldnt damage my car any further, at that moment his 3 employees attempt to jump me knocking my phone out of my hand on purpose and pushing me around for a few seconds. I called the police out to out because I didnt know what to do. Come to find out they have been issues with the place, and what I read from above from the young lady getting her inspection ripped off sounds about right. This place is Conned and I am calling bad business bureau on them.

Owner Marlyn asked me to speak English at his location while I waited for service. After a few words exchanged, I grabbed my keys and left......now Im an America Citizen and its sad to see what this country has become. This country was founded by immigrants including Europeans. We dont see or hear the true land lords (American Natives) of this great nation, treating citizens like this. No one deserves this kind of treatment. If you decide to do business at this location, well enjoy your conversation with Marlyn, and being charged for a service that was not done correctly. My daughters car is still having brake issues and he charged my about 200. He sure did accept my 200 American dollars without a problem though! Worst experience ever!!!!

Marlyn & his wife make you feel like your visiting family. They are warm and personable, yet professional. I was looking for center for general service when I purchased early this year. I didnt know any better so I went to Ewing Autohaus in Plano. It was a bit of a hike and pretty expensive. When I mentioned it to a fellow Mercedes Benz owner, she immediately recommended Marlyn. I switched over in May. I can not think of taking my business anywhere else. I recommend them to everyone. If you have a foreign vehicle, Marlyn will save you at least $120 on every oil change...believe me! I see the savings. So, please support our Rockwall Jewel! Did I mention that they make a great pot of coffee, too?!!

Nice people but not competent management. Brought car in for inspection. Only after completing the inspection do they bother to advise me that as a resident of Hunt county Ihave the pleasure of paying the $38 DFW inspection fee because I brought my car into Rockwall county for inspection (vs $14.50 Hunt Co rate). One cant assume the system is smart enough to charge you the appropriate amount - nor that the establishment is smart enough to advise you before hand. When they saw my existing Hunt county sticker and Hunt county address a red flag should have gone up. Their mistake - but I pay for it!?? I dont know about you, but I will go out of my way to NOT go here again for anything!!

I just switched to the Valvoline Express Care. It is a really nice facility, as far as Oil Change places go. I was quickly greeted, and when I had to wait a few minutes for another customer to finish up, another individual approached me to make sure that I had been assisted. I later learned that this was the owner of the Express Care. They did a great job, service was quick, and I was really impressed with the attention that the put forth on the other items in the Oil Change, especially the interior and window cleaning. I will certainly be back.

Took my car in for inspection. I was in and out in 45 minutes tops. No hiccups, no complications, no nothing. Exactly what you want when youre just going in for inspection. Im going back tomorrow for an oil change, tire rotate, brake check. This is the only time Ive ever been to this place and I had no problems at all. I have no idea whats going on with the couple of people writing trashy reviews. If the place was that bad, I would have expected them to try to upsell me on stuff during my inspection. Wouldnt that be the time to do it?
