Horrible customer service. My car broke down one day and I walked to Firestone.. luckily they told me that they had a tow service that can pick up my car and take it to the shop.. so I said awesome! the next day I came back to check on my car they said they had no clue what it was and they still had to look into it... so I waited a couple of more days, got a call back, just to hear that they still could not figure out the problem.. they also said they didnt have the right machine to test my car. so I have to pay for Towing and still pay a fee to get my car diagnosed.. even though they didnt test it and figure out the problem.. I had to tow my car back home and figure it out myself with a few good mechanic buddies of mine. after resarch, we come to find out it was the distributor .and fixed it ourselves .. so I have to pay for no help at all! these guys must not have real mechanics and dont seem to know what theyre doing ! I figured out a problem that a whole mechanic shop couldnt figure out! That was a couple of months ago today I ran over a nail and asked for a plug and they said they couldnt repair it and I had to buy a new tire! with an attitude at that !!I would never recommend this place for anyone these guys are lazy and have no customer service skills and do not know what theyre doing!

Overall I am quite happy! When I stopped by to make an appointment I didnt have to wait at all. When I came ten minutes early to the appointment [wheel alignment] I had to wait for twenty minutes. I was second in line and they decided to address the person behind me before me, although that person had an appoint as well. [I have no idea how that works. So, -1 star for letting other people in front of me without explanation.] Took them another twenty minutes before they could take the car in. I went to ask when will my car be serviced and they explained that it usually first come first serve with wheel alignment and they were about to bring my car in. Less than a minute later the owner [or someone who seemed to have authority] came to me and said that my car is being serviced and they will be done in about fifteen to twenty minutes. All conversation were conducted in a respectful manner with no attitude problems. Twenty minutes later they were done and as far as I am concerned they did a great job!

We just moved to Plano so I went by the local Firestone this morning to have a tire leak fixed. I also asked the Rep Zac to have the tech check the heat shield under my car which was rattling. They seemed to fix tire tire ok (time will tell) but after they found out that I was not going to buy $100 plus dollars in overpriced lightbulbs and filters their attitude changed and they took my car down off the rack as fast as possible and sent me packing without ever looking at the heat shield. I will go back to the Firestone in Bedford next time as this Garland store seems more interested in upselling minor items than real mechanical work. And had those people checked my frontend they could have easily sold me on some parts which I do not nomally change myself. I know for a fact that my frontend needs some tlc.

Sams let us down twice in getting new tires. Upon discovering our 4th wouldnt be in until after the weekend, I began calling around and only Firestone had our apparently special tires. I spoke with Ben over the phone, very courteous. When we arrived he realized he quoted me for a cheaper set and still gave me that lower price. They replaced some sensor thing when it wouldnt turn off without charge and then fixed our alignment. We did the lifetime option and they transfer to all Firestones. He took the car for an extensive test drive to be sure everything worked. My husband has reported it feels much smoother. Definitely recommend.

Im their customer for 3 years. Despite I moved to Murphy more far than my old house in Garland near this Firestone. I still come here when my car has problem. The customer service and technician are fantastic. The waiting area makes us feel comfortable waiting. They try to help me first in stead of trying to make me spending money first like somewhere else. One thing I hope to change is increasing the salary for technician or anything better for them. I dont know but looking them working outside at over 100 degree of Texas Summer makes me feel really sad. Thank you for always keeping good relationship with customers

If I could give it negative stars I would. They crashed my truck! Its been over 2 months and it still hasnt been fixed. It is my work truck and they are trying to find a cheap route apparently and avoid covering damage and lost time from work. They have the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. The manager never even apologized for the mistake. I regret going there and I advise everyone to stay away from this place.

Even though no other customer was there, I waited 30 mins before my car was even pulled into port. Was told the tech was in the restroom & he didnt want to disturb him. Maybe he was ill. Also tried to charge me more for than what the warranty covered. Claimed it was the "proper way" to patch a tire. I suppose the other Firestones are "improper" because they never charged me anything extra fo fix a flat.

Ive been here for screws/nails in my tires twice (I share an alley with a home reno contractor). I called ahead pretty early in the day both times and theyve worked me in without an appointment. I appreciate that they give me the facts and options without a high pressure sails pitch or crazy upsales.

I showed up at 4:10 for an oil change. They closed at 5 and had two guys standing around, 4 lanes open. I was told they wouldnt be able to get to it tomorrow. You want to keep my car overnight for an oil change? Lazy!! Ready to go home, I will take my business elsewhere.

Enterprise car rental is always first to be served at Firestone. If you rent cars from Enterprise, just take it to Firestone. Firestone is Enterprises National Acct. Low tire pressure, check fluid levels etc. Always on top of their game with both companies.

Okay, even though I had an appointment for Noon, and I had to wait longer than I expected, that still do a great job. Im glad they are only a block away and I dont have to drive all over the place looking for great service at reasonable prices.

I have been impressed by their personalized and professional service. Their services are much cheaper than the oil changing place I had been using for years. No complaints at all

In short: Manager stepped up to the plate to fix a problem that another Firestone location would not fix. He also refunded me all charges associated with the first faulty repair.
