I took my late model Lexus GS to TX Prestige for repairing hail damages and bumper, after seeing their excellent online reviews on Google. In short, I am disappointed. The first disappointment was they forgot to repair the bumper until when I reminded them the day before the pickup day; they managed to get the bumper repaired in one day, but the color did not match very well; they said this was the best they could do. The PDR (Paint-less Dent Repair) on the hail damage was OK, but they had left a kink near the sun roof, which they argued is hardly noticeable and they cannot fix it. They also left a lot of fine scratches on the right door panel due to improper polishing (necessary?); which destroyed the mirror finish of the original clear coat paint; I will have to remove them myself. Additionally, manager Stephen was not in the shop when I paid and picked up the car, I had to make another trip to get the invoice/receipt/warranty. In the meanwhile, I had to argue to get the warranty in writing and to change it from 5-year to lifetime (as if they are going to honor it). Thus, I am quite perplexed how TX Prestige Auto Co received those excellent reviews; the shop appeared to be a mom-and-pop shop that is not well-organized, not professional, and did not have excellent skills.

Our family used this shop on many different occasions for several years: hail damage, lawn service broke car window, our daughter got into an accident (her fault), car got hit on parking lot by unknown driver, then my car was rear ended on freeway, mechanic shop placed jack at wrong place and broke floor of my car. Some occasions have been covered by insurance, some we had to pay out of pocket. Every time I go to this guys, I know they are on my side and will work with me according of my situation . They always friendly, kind and caring. They saved my family a lot of money. Even when my car was getting fixed by dealership ( we bought car with scratched bumper and Toyota dealer gave us ("I owe you" list), I showed the car to Prestige Auto and they gave me advise how the repair should be done and how to talk to dealership so theyll do it right way (not touchup, not overspray, but good quality work). As I said, they always on my side, even when they dont make any money, they spent their time to help me out in difficult situations of my life. Those people are great!

I got hit in November and i was trying to find a shop who was not apart of the crappy insurance company whose client hit me. I called dozen of shop no one was either 1.willing to work with the compnay who hit me. 2. Willing to lower there rate or settle with the garbage insurance co. The insurance company threatened i would have to pay shop cost out of pocket Steven not only assured me i would not pay a dime. He also helped me fight with the adjuster who 1. Doesnt answer any calls 2. Does not return messages. After endless calls from steven and I they finally agreed to fix my car i had a rental for 30+ days since the insurance did not want to pay. It took steven less than a week to fix my car. He did not charge me storage fees or anything. My car is as good as new which it was before the accident. Stevens nice father even provided me transporation to the rental store 30minutes away. Only drawback is there is not more or people like steven. At the end of the day i only wish him to get more business.

I backed my wifes 2013 Sante Fe Limited into a cement pillar in a parking garage and started doing research online to find a reputable body shop. Texas Prestiges reviews seemed too good to be true so I did some homework. I called places around their original shop (they have just moved to a new location) and the reviews were confirmed. I then had four estimates and Stephens was the most competitive. After deciding to go with TX Prestige, the process was great. Stephen texted me pictures of the car as they worked on it. They were thorough and timely. The day I picked up the car he had detailed it and it looked great. This place is legit. I have already recommended Stephen to a friend.

My car was damaged in the recent hailstorms we had a few weeks ago, and I learned of these guys through their excellent reviews. Having nothing but good reviews can set off a red flag, but let me tell everything was so true about them. Steven did an extraordinary job fixing my car, it looks better than it did before I got it. He even fixed a dent it had not from the storms. If you need any collision or dent repair dont hesitate to give Steven a call, you wont be disappointed! I will definitely take my car back to them for any future problems.

Prestige Auto Body Shop is the greatest by far!!! Steve and the guys are awesome. They stand behind their work and deliver what they promise. They explain the repairs that theyll be doing to your vehicle before they start the work, and the outcome of their work is phenomenal!!! I will recommend this auto body shop to anyone and everyone. I promise, if you try them, you wont go wrong. Not only that, I guarantee, youll be a customer for life. Prestige is the best!!!

Steven was awesome! I called him at 11 am, and then we met at their new location at 1130. He inspected to make sure he ordered the right part and gave me a very fair price - over 200% cheaper than the dealership! He got the part ordered immediately and my car was fixed that afternoon. Everyone was extremely nice and professional, and while their shop was a little grungy, it has no reflection on the service youll receive! Great work guys, and I recommend to anyone!

Steve really came through and removed two dents out of my brand new truck. He explained the process and how they were going to go about the procedure and then gave a reasonable/honest price for the removal. Only took an hour to remove both dents using PDR method. Was very satisfied in the end. This is a great family owned business and they take pride in their work, Steve and his brother are true experts when it comes to auto repair.

Steve was super at Texas Prestige Auto. AWESOME customer service and quality of work. Perfect repair of an A pillar dent on my 2014 Toyota Tundra. Very delicate work due to the location, and he knocked it out perfectly and quickly. Definitely will be returning for any bodywork and paint needs. Very fair with pricing, and efficient in getting the job complete. Even returned my truck washed! Great company to do business with.

I cant say enough good things about these guys. Theyve done work on two of my cars now and they look as good as new. One of the jobs was a paintless dent repair and it was amazing that they were able to get the bad crease out without any trace of the damage.
