I came to Dallas from a small Midwestern town, so I was really worried when it came to finding a place to take my car that I could trust. I found that place! The owners at Dallas Car Care are honest and kind; they do not try to sell things you dont need. Their mechanics are just like that, too. If your timing is right, it may be the fastest oil change you ever seen. They keep good records of your service history; I would never take my car anywhere else for an inspection, either. You will be happy with Dallas Car Care, I promise!

Brought my vehicle in today for a check up. John the mechanic checked the vehicle and gave me a list of parts that needed to be replaced. It was fine until they explained to me that my car had an old timing belt that has never been changed. Funny part is that I changed the timing belt and water pump about a month before elsewhere. This is a common problem with mechanics. Trying to sell jobs that you dont need. Be wary of this place. Im sure this isnt the first time Dave(the owner) has let this happen.

GREAT SERVICE & GREAT PEOPLE I have been taking my car to them for years. My daughter and grand-daughter also go there. I trust them completely for their honesty and their service. I went in the other day for an oil change and new wipers and one of the guys cleaned the inside of my windshield just because he thought it needed it. Thats good service!

Good service, good guys, good mechanics, fair pricing, no gouging or up selling. If they find other things your car needs theyre doing their jobs as mechanics and maintenance experts! Its your call whether to get it done. These guys know and love cars, so do I. Been taking our cars there for many years, have confidence in their work and their character.

Took my car in for my transmisson on thursday and told them a few people said to check the screen and one older guy said they didnt know what they was talking about. They checked it said the oil was black and changed it. Today, Friday, im stuck onside the road
