This shop would have received a 4 however after I left the shop from getting an oil change and having my tires rotated and balanced since it came with the deal i purchased. After I left I noticed my car started pulling as if it needed an alignement...which it wasnt doing before hand since I had just gotten an alignment a few months prior. Also my car was making this loud noise when I would start getting up towards 40 mph. I called and spoke with RON who after saying bring the car back hung up on me. Didnt get "oh well be happy to take a look" or "I apologize", nothing. Just hung up on me. So I get there they have a tech drive with me and he tells me its a wheel bearing. We drive back to the shop, then RON asks me for my last name, which I give him. For some reason even though I am telling him its hyphenated and spelling it out he started getting flustered and annoyed with me. He then goes on to tell me its the front wheel hub AND the wheel bearing and quoted me a price of 438.00. And again as I leave I didnt get a thank you or did you want me to set up an appt...NOTHING. My car is a 2011 Toyota Corolla, there is no way both the wheel hub and wheel bearings are already shot, I am not even close to 45,000 miles. My previous car was a chevy Camaro that was 13 years old with well over a 100,00 miles and I never had any troubles with the wheel bearings. And then to add, while I was leaving the counter, the woman behind me said she was back because her truck was making a noise everytime she turned the corner. DO NOT TAKE YOU VEHICLE THERE! Especially if you are a woman. I think they just want to take you for your money. No proffesional courtesy and RON was very very RUDE. And it took them over a hour and a half to finish my car. When I left around 2pm and got back at 345 a gentleman that was there when I was, was still there waiting.

STAY AWAY! DISHONEST! LIARS! SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES! I bought a groupon for this location that was to include an oil change, tire rotation, 23 point inspection and topping of all fluids. First of all, they took WAY longer than the estimated time that they gave me. So much so that when I finally left, I was late to pick my son up fron school. It took over 2 hours and I was told 45mins to an hour. Whats more? They didnt rotate my tires!!!! Bill something or other had come to talk to me while I was waiting in the shop and told me that my front tires were pretty bad but that they would be rotated to the back so I would get more wear out of them. The next day, my husband noticed that the tires where in the same spot even though the receipt they gave me said that a tire rotation was done! So I called them and took my car back in. No apologies or reasons where given as to why it wasnt done especially since Bill had specifically told me it would be and needed to be done. When I asked why it wasnt done, I was told that the tech who worked on my car wasnt there that day but "maybe he thought it would affect the alignment"! CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS? THEN WHY DID THE RECEIPT SHOW THAT IT WAS DONE?!?! And forget any Groupon discount! My fuel injector supposedly needed to be cleaned and some other important sounding crap. But all this was supposed to be discounted because I had a Groupon - per Bill. Well, B.S! I ended up spending more in the shop than the total I spent on the groupon! Again! STAY AWAY! USE AT YOUR OWN RISK! I WOULD GIVE A ZERO STAR IF POSSIBLE! THEY PREY ON WOMEN!

March-Just spoke with the store manager Justin over the phone about specials for an oil change. very polite and helpful look forward to using them today for my oil change. UPDATE 8/23/20179 Sadly, I have to take a few stars off my previous review from March. Justin is no longer at this location, but Ive been two times since my great experience the first time. Unfortunately, my second and third time here the mechanics (two different guys) lied straight to my face saying they rotated my tires. I caught them both in a lie both times because I have a way of knowing whether they did it or not by marking my tires. After I confronted them both each time they offered to "redo the rotation, to ease my mind" all the while knowing they never did it to begin with. Kinda funny this happened twice in a row with two different mechanics at this location. Makes you wonder if they really did everything else on the list they say they did/checked. With that being said, just a heads up to everyone check and make sure they do all you pay for because although they are nice and appear to be helpful a few of the mechanics there will lie to your face about they services they did. I dont think I will be returning... I would like to point out that the guy operating the front desk is very nice.

I dont know how anyone could claim these people are fast. I went there on a Saturday and spent well over an hour waiting. There were about 3-4 people ahead of me. I figured that wasnt normal until today (a Monday) when my wife showed up there at 7:30 am to get in when they open. She had 2 people ahead of her and got out at 9:05 am. I called them at 9am to explain that we can get an oil change at oil depot on Rowlett Rd in about 10 minutes (meaning Id wait for about 30-40 minutes in similar circumstances). Regrettably, I fell for a get 5 for the price of 3 deal at this location, so Ill be spending 3 hours more here to save $10 off my oil changes. I value my time more than $10/hr. One positive is that the guys were really nice to me. Someone from the shop yelled at my wife as she was leaving "Thank you for your patience!". Surely, that wouldnt have happened if I hadnt called them after she sat there for an hour and a half and was late for work.

Meineke was my first to go place for 2 years, I blindly trusted them, but last week took my car for alignment and they said my brake pads are worn out and it cost $177 to replace, they said there is NO other cheaper place to do this work for less in town so again I trusted this and I paid. Got home, another friend came over and told me I was ripped off, I called BrakesPlus to verify price and they quote $99 for the same work. Called to Meineke, talked with Christ and he said their work is superior, thus the double price. Still he offered me 2 free oil change for the difference, the cheapest blend. I liked these guys but I feel customers trust is broken. Will update my review if I receive a future better treatment, as of today 1 star only and I do not recommend Meineke to anybody.
