This shop was the last one to change my girlfriends oil as I didnt have the time to do it myself. They either cross threaded or over torqued the oil filter to the point it was impossible to remove when I went to change the oil this time. When I took the car back to them all they would say is "We cant be held liable since you touched it" and tried to blame me for over torquing the filter. I explained thats impossible, I havent even been able to REMOVE the filter let alone put it back on and over torque it. Their response was "We cant be held liable since someone else worked on it". This place is as shady as they come, they were more interested in covering their ass than helping me fix the issue. I went to pep boys who removed the warped cap and replaced the oil at the same time for only $15 since I had all the parts. My recommendation: AVOID SPEEDEE!

Service was fast. A little TOO fast. One of the mechanics talked so fast I didnt know what I needed and didnt need. I was told that there was a sale for my particular order then when its time to pay its the original price. I had to explain that I was told there was a sale. Do the mechanics not communicate with one another? None of the things that were suggested to me that "needed to be serviced" but opted out of at this particular visit were on my receipt like I was told would be. My floorboards werent vacuumed, front and back windows werent cleaned. Extremely rushed job. Lack of customer service. Hoping that there was an actual 17 point check.

This place sucks they purposely sabotage your vehicle, I took two of my vehicles to get an oil change and they both started leaking oil when I took one of the vehicles back they wanted to charge me $450.00 for the work I told them no Ill take it to my mechanics and what was wrong was they left the oil filter lose so I check my other vehicle and it had the same thing a lose oil filter! Never again will I take my vehicle to get an oil change here, has this happen to anyone??

I have a Cadillac Escalade ESV, they have serviced my vehicle many times at the last minute before I went out of town. I couldnt be more satisfied. They have gone above and beyond in order to assure I was going to be safe while traveling. They were more than fair with pricing and as a woman, didnt try to take advantage of me; very professional. They took care of what I came in there for and fixed the problem. I would recommend them for sure!!

Screwed me out of $45...told me a service was $16 dollars I then repeated the price back to them to make sure I heard him correct and then when it came to the bill it miraculously turned into $60...I guess when the Mesquite location sees a woman coming they take advantage of her...thanks! I have already called corporate and Im waiting to hear back...yes I am raising a stink over $45 dollars, you cant treat people like this!!!

Love this place! Excellent service, reasonable prices, great employees. I trust them to keep me informed about whatever maintenance my car needs and to be fair and honest. They always remember me and treat me like family. Ive taken both of my last 2 vehicles there rather than go the the dealership and wouldnt go anywhere else. I love the people that work here. I went to them when I had my Pontiac g6 and now that I have my 2015 Kia Optima they are still my pick. I dont mind paying for good service. They are always very nice and they always take care of me. I work for Walmart but I take my car to speedee because I know they gonna give great service and do it right.

Complete incompetence. Visit #1, forgot to put engine cover back after oil change. Visit #2, misdiagnosed clicking sound as a broken oil stick cap, and also said oil change wasnt needed until August even though it was due. Took car elsewhere. Tube in oil stick shaft was broken and car desperately needed oil. There will not be a visit #3.

I dunno whats wrong with everyone review. But peers the shop manager change my oil on my 2016 m3. $80k car cause I bought it used and Bmw wont honor the maintence package. But peers handle it without a doubt.
