I visited this shop last Saturday because my car wouldnt start. They checked the car and told me that the starter was the problem and it would take 1.5 to 2 hrs. I authorized the service and left my car there. It was about 4:30 and they didnt even call me by the end of the day. So, I had to call them on Sunday morning, and went to pick it up. The bigger problem came up after picking up my car. I noticed that the car was overheated after not so long drive. When I opened the hood, I noticed that the coolant tank was empty. Ive never had the problem of overheating before visiting this shop. I came home and went over the bill I got and was freaked out. On the last page, they listed the recommended service and guess what? the coolant service was right there. I post the picture. How can you intentionally drain the coolant tank so that the customer would use the coolant service? If I were a total novice, it couldve caused a lot of damage and even accidents. I would definitely not come back to this shop or firestone brand, and recommend you to stay away from them.

Earlier in the week, I called to try and make an appointment for this morning. I was assured that mornings are slow and not to worry--they would have me out of there in 45 minutes. This morning, after waiting behind a couple with whom the Firestone employee shot the breeze, in addition to getting their information, I was told that they were "backed up" and they have no way of predicting that. Umm...yeah, thats what the appointment would have been for. The Firestone on Campbell and Mimosa did worse--they promised two hours on my oil change and when I got there they hadnt started. All I want is for people to keep their word. I guess its too much to ask. Firestone stinks.

I was amazed when I went here.. I knew exactly which tires I wanted.. but had no idea they didnt come with a warranty..so I tried switched to high performance tires..the man was so awesome! After switching to the high performance tires he showed me an even cheaper tire (I didnt care about price) that had a better warranty and handles better in the rain! It was beyond obvious he didnt want me getting ripped off! I was beyond stunned! He was 100% looking out for me and has earned my business :-) thank you so much for restoring my faith in the firestone company! (One visit to coit and legacy will make ya understand why haha)

These guys straight up lied to us. So badly, its laughable! Told us 2 of our tires were run flats and 2 werent. We had a screw in one of the run flats. They told us we needed to replace the tire, and they had to replace the 2 others that werent run flats because its unsafe to drive a vehicle with a mix of run flat and non-run flat wheels. AND our only tire option was $290 a pop. Needless to say we took it somewhere else instead for a second opinion and they laughed at us. Apparently the Firestone guy was just trying to make a buck off of us. We already have ALL run flat tires. Will never be going here again!!!

I was having one of those days where "everything" goes wrong. Then I walked out to my vehicle and found a flat tire! Because of physical issues, I couldnt change it myself. Because I had good experiences in the past - and they were close, I called Firestone. I spoke to the manager - he was very patient with me and immediately sent someone to help. They worked with me to get the tire repaired and back on! Sounds like a small thing but you dont always find customer service like this anymore. I recommend them and will continue to do business with them in the future. MH

Had a 4 wheel alignment performed on my mazda miata. I was looking for a more precise alignment than just to factory specifications. The staff was extremely pleasant and had no problem aligning my car per my request (other shops had declined when I called because they did not want to spend the time). The manager was excellent and said it was no problem. The technician who aligned my vehicle walked me back into the shop a couple times to confirm that the numbers looked good. Overall extremely happy and would recommend anyone else bring their car.

I took my 99 MB c280 here to have my brake pads replaced, and the next day I noticed that the whining/squeeling from the brakes was much worse than before. Of course i thought this was where my nightmare story/bad review would begin, but luckily my experience was totally different. I brought my car back a day later, no questions asked they checked out my car. Without any question or even bringing up cost, they remedied the issue, which i know entailed installing some new rotors. Awesome service, would come back, Dustin is the guy who helped me

Ive taken several of my cars here over the years and have always felt that I received quality service. Yes, some of their parts and services are a little more pricey than other shops but what youre paying for is convenience. They have been helpful and consiterate in answering questions and I havent felt pressured to get unnecessary repairs done. A little knowledge goes a long way - they have a job to do and its your job as a customer to educate yourself prior to having any work done. I would definitely recommend this Firestone for basic auto care

This location is by far the best Firestone we have used. We actually drive out of our way and even pass a couple of other Firestone locations to go to this one. The crew here is amazing, they always have a warm greeting and a smile on their faces when we walk in. They are friendly, they answer any questions we have, they have gone out of their way to fix an issue that no one else has been able to, they are hard workers and treat us like they really appreciate our business.

Highly Dissatisfied with their Services.. got them to fix my Cars AC, they said the compressor is faulty, they changed the compressor and everything.. still kept Messing up.. and now they came up to me saying this cant be fixed by them. it needs to be taken up by the dealership.. i paid for my inspection ,service and repair and none of it was done still i am not getting my refund from them.. have had similar complains from many other customers as well regarding their services

I was impressed today. I went to Firestone all the times, they have great attitude. Today I replaced two tires and sway bar, the price was originally over 600$, and I swiped my card. But when I got back to pick up my car I was told I got a promotion and 90$+ was waived. So they asked me to swipe card again and voided original transaction , paid 500$+ finally. I was amazed, never imagine it could happened, the lady served me today is Bobby, really grateful for the less price. :)

I would never go to this place ever in my life!!!! The service fee they charged me has surpassed the value of my car itself. You could never take their word. If they told you your car would be done this afternoon, that means the service would be delivered AT LEAST 2 hours being the luckiest. They would recommend all the unnecessary service or parts you DONT need!! The guy named Chad is a liar, never telling the truth! Dont ever take Chads word!
