Honesty, Integrity, and Attention to Detail - I was told by one of the corporate automotive places found in shopping malls that I needed new struts for a clunking noise coming from my front end. Quoted me about $900 for replacement. Decided to search for a second opinion and chose Rosemeade Automotive based on the positive reviews. (probably the same thing that you are doing). Anyway, dropped off the car at R.A. Tom looked everything over throroughly and found a loose engine mount bolt that was allowing the engine to move a little during intial acceleration. Less than $50 later . . .the car is back to normal. He even double checked my struts based on what the corporate giant had told me. They were just fine. Thanks Tom - Youve got a customer for life. Ill return for all of my maintenance needs.

We purchased a (1) tire. Before going to the shop, I called and asked Denny if they would be able to put it on because they were very busy the day before. Denny said they were busy but they could put it on in the parking lot if necessary. When my son went to have it put on the truck he was told it would take 2 hours before a bay would be open and they could put the tire on the truck. After calling Denny back and expressing my disappointment, Jeff did call and apologize for the experience. After reading the other reviews and witnessing the activity Im sure these guys usually do a good job. Just disappointed that I called and asked about the timing, was told they would do what it took to get the tire on the truck and then have my son told to wait around for two hours.

Edit two years later: This place is still pretty awesome. Highly recommend it to anyone else looking for a reliable auto shop. Original: Tom and Jeff were great when I was getting my cars coolant leak repaired. When Tom notified me of the coolant leak he offered to show me the issue on the car itself which was appreciated. They also handled the warranty information and got everything inline and settled. They were also quick to respond when I called in for updates about the car. Everything about the service was stellar and they should be given a chance if youre looking for help. Also, at the time I wrote this, the time was wrong. The time shows them as closed on Saturdays but theyre open.

Only in Dallas on business and I managed to hit something on the highway that resulted in a flat tire and a hole in the catalytic coverter. Not knowing where to go, I googled Goodyear since I have the Road Hazard coverage on the tires. This is where I ended up at. I was treated great. My problem was taken care of in one day and it required in house and off site work. I truly appreciated how they took care of the repairs and I did not even have an appointment. Great service and a good representation of what you should expect from your Goodyear Service Center. I felt like I was home at the center I normally do business with!

What a terrible and costly expeirence. Over the course of about a week and half, involving two different vehicles and 3 service repairs. I never once picked up my vehicle that there wasnt more wrong with it than when I took it in, in one instance the engine quit running 15 miles from the shop, repair cost was $4000.00 at another shop. My other vehicle is still broke and I am trying to repair the damages they created. I was given the most lousy excuses ever, and of course, non of the damage was there fault. Be very careful going here, as I found out, they really dont know what they are doing.

Rosemeade Automotive was not cooperative. The owner Jeff avoided talking to me. Tom provided zero help. They had my car for 14 days and when I picked my car up it completely stopped working with in 20 minutes and had to be towed. Once at a dealership I found out that Rosemeade Automotive had not reprogrammed a part the way they should have. Tom and I had settled on an amount for refund and then Jeff the owner and Tom the manger decided they would not fullfill the refund. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO ROSEMEADE AUTOMOTIVE! YOU WILL BE OUT OF MONEY AND YOUR CAR WILL NOT BE FIXED!

Ive been a customer for about 4 years. Theyve done all kinds of repairs on my kia, including most of the oil changes, and theyve never done me wrong (just got my front struts/mounts replaced, they did it cheaper than christian bros quoted). Theyre definitely not the fastest shop, but thats why the Fox and Hound is a block away, go get a beer and hold your horses. Tom is very friendly and gets to know his customers, I appreciate him and his crew.

Ive used this shop numerous times now and service is always 5-star. Ive recommended it to others and they report the same experience. The team does good work and Tom always lets you know what is needed, what is a good idea (but not critical) and what to watch out for/expect in future. Finding a place that you can trust with your car is golden. As long as Tom is there, this place has my business. HIGHLY recommended.

When needing an alignment you definitely want to come here if you have plenty of time on your hands and dont mind having to come back several times. Even after returning be ready for them to blame it on the tires, suspension, the differential fluid, the sunroof... Shame on me for not noticing that there is another shop right down the road who has more ethics than these guys.

Your car will come back worse then when it went in for repair, and youll be over charged. Experience 1: Days to attempt to solve a coolant leak. $1500.00 later and still had a leak. Experience 2: Oil change that took two hours, and they used the wrong oil filter. Oil leaked all over garage. If you do go here, just remember-You have been warned.....

Always honest, willing, and dependable. They will go out of their way to help and seem more concerned with making it a great experience than an expensive nightmare it would be anywhere else. They have become a friend to me and my truck. They even will cut costs in labor or parts for regulars, making me feel welcomed to the family. :-)

It is rare nowadays to have a shop with great service like this one. I came in for a tire repair and they did a great job, explain the work and knowledgeable when answering customers questions. Also they torque my lugnuts to spec while most other shops would just hit it with an impact. Will be back in the future.

Rosemeade Automotive is the first automotive shop that I completely trust. Tom is great with working with extended warranty companies and both he and Jeff are so knowledgeable and will explain everything to you. I highly recommend Rosemeade Automotive and am glad that I found them!
