All Star RVs Repair Facilities have been just purchased by Coach Specialists. I have stored my RV there for 8 years and have used both their RV repair services as will as there on site RV supplies retail store. I can not speak more highly of them. They have made numerous repairs for me over the years and are excellent with coordinating repairs with the insurance company, when that is appropriate. The staff is extremely friendly and customer service focused. A pleasure working with Tanya, Chris and Ben over the years. The repair team is excellent and Charles in the repair shop is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Times when I have needed some technical advice he has been proven to be very helpful and creative with possible solutions. A real pleasure to work with. Perhaps one of the most important attribute is that they will move mountains, if necessary, to schedule and complete work on short notice if you have an upcoming trip. The staff and the quality of the work is what makes this place a one in a million.

These folks provide excellent service. Ive used them for various service and repair issues since 2009. The service guys and inside people have been there for a very long time which shows that it could be a good place to work. The work done on my rig has always been done properly and in a timely manner. These people have been very helpful in answering questions and providing advice when I asked them. They are quick to order parts when needed and have been great about following up with a slow supplier. I also store my rig here. I have phoned them and requested them to fix something and they did the work without me having to come there. I have been very pleased with the service I have received here. Ive recommended this place to several friends.

I have been a customer for the past 15 years . I have had multiple RVs in storage and in for service repairs. This is hard to believe but true, not one problem in all these years. I have had repairs made to my RV when traveling in other areas and they were not done correctly and when returning to Plano the service department would redo the work and make it right. They have always gone above and beyond to take care of me. I highly recommend theme all I must mention them by name. We have stored our high tech custom RV at this location for two years. We have also had some beyond the basic work done on the electronics and the staff are very knowledgeable and they work with the manufacturer to be sure that the work is done to perfection. The staff is is friendly and in our experience we have usually had the same people work on our RV so they know us and the rig. (We have stored and had work done at other locations before finding this group.) GREAT PEOPLE and we are smiling. Thank you.

This based strictly on phone/email communication and price. After calling around a radius of 10 miles for storage, these guys were obviously gouging prices for storage. They quoted $215 for covered and $95 for uncovered. By contrast, others in the immediate area quoted $40-50 for uncovered and $80-90 for covered with power. Unfortunate as I moved only a few miles away and was hoping to make this store my storage, accessory and repair center and I like to support local business. :(

Save your time and go some place else. Needed some work done went down and BOOKED a time to bring it in. Did and had to leave it OK. Two weeks went by and nothing, called them and they were going to call me back. Not a word Called again and demanded to talk to the mgr. and he said they were going to get on it still nothing. So I went down and picked it up and no one talked to me just gave me my keys and said it is some where in the lot. Bye. I will NEVER go back to them.

We have stored our trailer at this location for over six years. During that time we have had it serviced for a range of issues. From bearings, tires, breaks and state inspections to inside repair of the kitchen faucet and vent installation. When our trailer suffered sever hail damage they worked with our insurance company to get a good estimate and did all the repairs. They did an excellent job for all of our needs. I highly recommend them.

Dont waste your time or money here!!! Their customer service is horrible. Good luck getting status updates on your unit. Walk through after work done?? This should be standard but not here. Save your money and buy your accessories elsewhere prices here are way too high. We came here as it was convenient to our home and storage but will go further afield in future.

If I had to judges company based on customer service alone this place fails absolutely. The guy at the counter gave me a sarcastic smirk of judgement before I even said a word when I walked in. Then he just walked off. Assholes should not work in sales.

Would be nice if they opened earlier, or had at least Saturday morning hours for those of us that STILL work for a living. Not everyone that owns an RV is retired and can deal with their limited hours of operation.

They charge too high for labor and for everything. Its unbelievable that they dont charge for talking. They are the last one that can be poor on customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Called about storing a trailer. They told me RV only and when I asked what is the difference between storing a RV and an race hauler the lady was very rude. Open hours suck as well.

Reasonable rates when I look at location to my home, highway a block away, and the ability to do repairs without having to bring it to them. Knowledgable staff.
