I called this business, that is listed under locksmith, and talked to a nice helpful lady. I asked if they could make a key and how much it would cost. she asked if I could tell her brand of the lock, and proceeded to look up if they could make key, during the process, a man came on phone and simply said yes they could, that they can make all house keys, and said it wouldnt be more than maybe 3 dollars. my wife went to the business and was told they could not make the key, I called back to the business and asked to talk to the manager, apparently the man I talked to on the phone was the manager, i pointed out the problem I was having with the misinformation and the waste of fuel and time, he proceeded to blame me for the misunderstanding and then started cussing at me on the phone. he is also apparently the owner of the store. I would avoid this store, as they sell themselves as locksmiths but cant handle making of a schlage key, as well as the poor way this business is run, they also over charge on key prices as the location that we had the key made at was slightly more expensive to make the higher security key than the one this business charges for a simple house key to be made. save your self time and money, and attitude and visit another more reputable buisness.

They are open 24 hours for emergency service...only one that answered the phone that has a real location. That guy Sal is kinda loud and grouchy but after 35 years in the business i would probably also be, give me a price and it didnt change. Gave me good solid advice that panned out an SAVED me money.........Thanks Sal i will do business with you again grouchy lol !!!!!!!!!!!!

SO helpful. Able to get the job done!! Provided and programmed remote entry key fobs while I waited after horrible service from other locksmith companies around town failed to do so . I have used this company in the past to change out the locks to our office. Called same day and came out within the hour. Did a great job! Drive from one hour away. They had to order a part to make another key. Dealership sent us to this company. Gave them my number and address so when part comes in. So its in. Drove back on Saturday they are busy can not find order ,then they do manage to find part. So they get started.and complete new key.

Horrible customer service! The owner talked to me about his business and gave me a whole bunch of reasons as to why my business would fail. After I got home, the keys didnt work. I call him back only to get told that theres no refund. Never use this horrible locksmith place.

Went to get a car remote programmed and they couldnt do it, but said the remote I had was bad. The dealer had no problem getting it to work. They didnt charge me, which was very fair of them, but werent able to do the job properly.

they have a store front and can make you a key that works, unlike some of the bigger box stores. Hours in listing are for storefront, they have 24hr emergency service too.
