What a way to start my summer vacation... Stranded at the store. I called for a tow (other company) and I waited for two hours, no tow. Thus, called another tow company, SVT, and yes I was told tow would be able to take my car to the dealership within 45 minutes. True to their word, they arrived within the scheduled time, I also received a courtesy call notifying me that my car had been unloaded as well as the name of the service employee receiving my vehicle. Thank you!

Very pleased with the service. I was stranded on the side of the road and the lady on the phone was very nice and ensured that someone will be there to help me shortly. They arrived quickly and were very nice. I recommend using them.
