(PLEASE READ MY REVIEW OF THE "REVIEWERS" AT THE END) Ill start with...my Explorer looks amazing after. Could I walk around and maybe see a water spot that was missed or a little dirt in the cracks after you open the door...sure. Ive never been to car wash in 30 years that I couldnt. But its my overall experience that I must share. I showed up 15 min before they opened, no visible employee at this time, with a coupon for the $32 Elite wash. I was greeted by the first employee with a huge smile and surprising attentiveness for them not being open yet. I showed him the coupon. He didnt bat an eye and gave the same great service as if I was paying. I passed 3 employees as they were arriving for work and they all smiled and said good morning. Gave my ticket to the manager who saw that it was a coupon and again didnt treat me any different and in fact (as it was a little over cast) he reminded me to hang on to my receipt as they have a 3 day rain-check. AGAIN, I HAVE NOT PAID A DIME AT THIS POINT. The attendant told me it would take about 45 min, so I went to the Mexican food restaurant 2 doors down and had an amazing breakfast. I got back and the same attendant walked over to me and said they were almost done, unnecessary but much appreciated. I browsed their gift shop which contained not only tons of auto stuff (obviously) but also a substantial display of what I assumed was Native American and Mexican crafted jewelry, sculptures, crystals and other art. IM AT A CAR WASH! My truck was finished and I drove off with the biggest grin on my face. Ive been in customer service for over 30 years and the level of service I received prompted me to leave a review, which I never do, but will more often. THE ONE STAR REVIEWERS.... Like everyone else, I will go down the reviews for a business and read the 1 star reviews first and weigh them with a grain a salt. In this case, I feel the need to address some... One writes, "The owner was a creep and kept telling me I had to tip his workers." KEPT TELLING YOU?! What did he do? Chase you around the property, "Hey lady, dont forget to tip." "Tip him, and dont forget that girl over there, she needs a tip too." No one mentioned tipping to me. Another says,"I Bought the $139.00 wax deal discounted and he tells me on pick up that that it doesnt include washing the wheels." Really Robert?! Pretty sure that if my $31 "COUPON" includes a wheel wash, yours did too. And yet another , "I get my car back and there are 2 new scratches. They were easy to find as I have a new vehicle." If I took my new car to get washed and REALLY thought they put 2 scratches on it, I surly wouldnt return for a 2nd time (which also gave me another scratch) AND THEN A THIRD TIME?!?! ...FOR $30?!!! Incredible... All three said their automobiles looked horrible for some reason or another, but not a one of them posted a picture in what would be an easily documented situation. Heck, one guy who DID post a picture of his rim, doesnt even say what is wrong. I dont get it. Youll take a selfie while driving down the road, but no pic of residual wax everywhere, dirty windows or even SCRATCHES...and then write a scathing review. I get that people have genuine critiques about the services they receive. But leave the over exaggerated, self-important, "kiss my a** or Ill write a bad review" BS for Yelp, it has become a comic strip anyway, but not Google.

Manager offered me a "managers special" of three 10 dollar washes. I go up to pay and they hand me my receipt. The receipt has no tip line. I tell them I want to leave a tip. They said use the ATM. I said if there was no tip line shouldnt you ask the customer if they want to leave a tip...its a car wash...I have to buy something I. Their store to leave a tip. I get my car back and there are 2 new scratches. They were easy to find as I have a new vehicle. 2nd time I come in, I get another small scratch on my vehicle. I dont want to waste the 3rd wash so 3rd time I go in, manager is complaining about how many cars are coming in to another employee. He then tries to tell me he is going to charge me more for bugs that are on my windshield. (I always have bugs on my windshield due to traveling same route twice a week for work and they never said anything before). I told him this and he said he would not clean the bugs off. (Remember I paid for the $10 wash not the $5) I told him to give me my money back. He refused. I told him I was going to call the police. He said go ahead. I told him how they sold me based on the promise of 3 washes and have tried to hustle me 2 out of the 3x Ive come in. He said I had an attitude. And I said if your not giving me something Im calling the police. He then agreed to wash my car while I sit in it. He then became apologetic and washed my car and what do you know, the bugs came off east, just like the 2x before..these people suck, they scratch up your car, and they will try to hustle you for your money. Shady af...I am glad Im done using my 3 washes and I will NEVER go back here again.

Very poor experience. Managers name is represented to be Seve, who in my opinion, is long on promise and short on performance. He promises the moon and gets upset when those promises do not measure up. He raises your expectations on the sale and explains why they didnt work out with diminished expectations upon pickup. I Bought the $139.00 wax deal discounted and he tells me on pick up that that it doesnt include washing the wheels. I went there to get the basic wash but traded up when all the promises were made as to how outstanding it would look with the wax. My mats were not reinstalled in the car and had to do that myself. Parts of the car were not waxed. It was very rough. The manager was indignant when told and began to rant and rave. I would not go back and would recommend that anyone might be better served going to another facility with professional management.

VERY disappointed with this wash and "detail". The hours said that they close at 6:00. I went last week before 5:30 and was turned away. Went again last night at 4:45 and had to fight to get it done. Took over an hour and there is residual wax all over my car, the inside of the windows was not cleaned, and the outside windows were so streaky I had to clean them again with windex myself. Waste of time and money. The owner was a creep and kept telling me I had to tip his workers. I happily tip anyone who deserves it but this work did not deserve it and as an owner, you shouldnt be telling customers to tip your employees! So tacky and weird. I tipped anyway to be kind as his employee was a total gentleman but Im so frustrated that I wasted money on this place.
