Horrible customer service. I paid, then realized window wouldnt roll up. Told the guy what happened, he said just come back and he would be there all day. I didnt get the window up for 2 days. I came back today for the wash and at first he was going to give it then said off handed that it would come out of his pocket. I didnt want that to happen, so I asked if he could just look up and see the records for Saturday. He couldnt. He told me I had to pay again or get out of line. I asked for the manager, he was the manager. I just wanted my wash or money back. He refused because the guy wasnt working today. Said he had to call him to confirm that happen. I told him to call then. Guy didnt answer phone so I had to leave my info. What manager cant issue a refund or wash without talking to the rep who was on duty? Seriously, it was just a $5 wash and the car was clearly still dirty. Not going back there again.

Customer service is non-existant. Theyre super helpful when signing up for a membership, but if you need to cancel it, its easier to just report the credit card as stolen. Their number goes to a voicemail that says theyve reached their message quota and hangs up on you. Most of the emails listed on the website come back as no such user. One of the guys there told me You have to fill out a form to cancel... How come I only had to say i want the membership to get it, but to cancel I now have to fill out a form. I had a membership here previously but had to cancel it when I got a car that wouldnt fit. In that case I just emailed them and they cancelled the membership. Now the email doesnt work and they want a form filled out and mailed. Nope, using my bank to report any new charges as fraudulent.

I paid $15.00 for a car wash to include the wheels and rims. They were filthy! Just as bad as when I drove in. I asked the man in the office. He did not get even get up to address me or my issue. His solution was run through the car was again! He wanted me to wait behind 10 vehicles to get them cleaned the way they should have been when I went through the car wash the first time. There is a sign there that says if you are dissatisfied, they will make it right. What a joke! Save your money! Go elsewhere. This is a bad operation from the front line to the office. My visit was on March 30, 2015

This is an awesomely great cheap car wash for under $30 you can get your car cleaned and you can vacuum it yourself theres free vacuums free towels free rags and its just a great place you can get a $4 Car Wash if you just want to get the dust from the road off your car or you can spend a bit more money and get all the different waxes and protective Coatings that they they spray on your car and all that is maybe twenty dollars they also have another thing where you can pay monthly for unlimited car washes which I think the prices are quite reasonable

Lmao at the people complaining about their phone calls not being answered. If you havent realized, the employees work outside the whole day. They dont have a special scheduled member to stay by the phone at all times. If a manager or assistant manager happens to be around that day then congratulations, you got lucky. Otherwise, calm tf down, go to any Cascade Carwash location nearest to you, and cancel your membership. And of course, the only complained wash talked about is the cheapest one lol, as if you should have expected more from a 5$ wash.

When it was owned by Cascades it was a decent place to get your car washed, they provided free towels for drying and the staff was generally courteous. Since this new ownership has taken over I wont be going back. Theyve gotten rid of the towels and taken out a number of services within the wash tube itself. Since theyve changed out the inner workings of the inside where the car actually gets washed my car doesnt come out as clean or as dry so I wish Cascades would have stuck around

I bought a monthly membership here and I liked it whenever I had a membership. The car was wasnt that great but you could always go in a second time and it wasnt bad. However, cancelling is a nightmare. I tried calling, emailing, everything and never got a response. No one called me back or emailed me back. I ended up having to call my credit card company and cancel my credit card. Terrible the way you cant even get a hold of them.

Inder new ownership. New name: Zippys. Along with the name change comes a loss of the amenities that set it apart. Now gone are the towels and window cleaner in the vacuum area. Also gone is the pre-clean with the brush by an employee as you begin the wash. Instead, is a brush in a bucket of dirty water for self-service. Monthly subscription cancelled. Ill spend my money elsewhere. Too bad. Cascades used to be good. No longer.

I have visited this place a few times. I have had great service at the paying counter. I always purchase the largest wash package. Every time I wish it would clean the tire rims a lot better. I love the free vaccum and how clean towels and window cleaners is avail. The bathrooms are clean I have went inside a few time to wash my hands after wiping my car down. I would return back here.

Extrememy dissapointed.Before when it was cascades they took care of you.Giving you free windex and towels also they sped up the dryer so while there trying to rush your car out your car winds up more wet so more for you to dry.I was a loyal customer.No More..Just another company thinking more about profit then customers.

Used to be my favorite place for car washes, although it was out of my way to travel there. Today when I went, there was no prewash set-up, no towels for drying or glass cleaner (the racks were completely removed).

Dont have your tires dressed the black liquid will stay on the body of your car. The young Blue eyes guy made it seem like he was doing me a favor by removing it from the wash when I pay a monthly fee.

New management, no towels, no cleaner, no scrub before you enter the was bay... same price. Not worth it anymore. Go to the wash tub. 5-10$ more and you get a total detail without the sweat.

Its convenient, but now that they have changed owners they no longer provide pre-wash, towels to dry your car, nor window cleaner. All of the things that I signed up for in the first place.

You cant beat the price. Vacuums are free. It is a little confusing where to park when you pay for additional service like wheels and tire cleaning.

Sucks...car wash doesnt get vehicle clean...is run by teenage kids who could care less. Looks dilapidated already.
