Fine Lines Automotive repaired my vehicle following an accident. The front hood and bumper were repainted as part of these repairs. It wasnt a great job to begin with, and in a little over five years, the paint began to peel from both the hood and bumper. My insurance company said I would have to work it out with Fine Lines since their warranty period had passed. The garage said THEIR warranty period had also passed. I was never apprised of ANY warranty limitations by either my insurance company (State Farm, which had an adjustor come to look at the car despite their obviously knowing their warranty period had expired) NOR, more importantly by Fine Lines. After repeated phone calls to the business, Richard Gomez told me the work was out of warranty, and that they (Fine Lines) could not be perfect all the time. Thus, he conceded that a mistake had been made, although he did not offer to make good on this mistake. I e-mailed him images of the peeling paint. He never responded to me and will not take or return my calls. Oh, and one more thing. Fine Lines removed and failed to replace the car horn! Fortunately, that was still under warranty from the manufacturer and was replaced by them. The work of Fine Lines Automotive is marginal at best; their warranties, which were never conveyed to me, are not realistic. AND MOST OF ALL, they do not stand by their work and are not willing to correct what Mr. Gomez terms as their inability to be perfect all the time. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES THERE!!!!!!!!! They will screw you as they have me!

I was involved in an accident. I chose Fine lines automotive to do the repairs on my vehicle. When my car was done in a timely manner it looked as if I had driven it off the showroom floor. I was 100% satisfied and will refer there services to others in need of a quality body shop.
