As a salesman I am used to provide cost estimates to prospective buyers that are accurate right upto the dollar,it is my job and I do a great job. I took my car to this shop and an "estimate" was given,I figured this woman knew her stuff like I do,we do the appointment for car to be repaired (a month in advance),the time comes to take my car in,is just a tear on the plastic,middle center of the rear bumper,not even a dent,I figure this is going to be a week long work,tops,tic,toc,tic,toc!! A week goes by,nothing! I called in and they said they are working on it,that they will call me later that day,3 days later they called me to tell me they ve taken it apart (it s just a bumper!!!! No body damage,just a bumper!!!!), they say their man is going to examine it and see if there is additional damage...I am thinking: "What a hell,What was the e$timate for?".. Tic,toc,tic,toc. Week 2, YES!!!!! they found more than double the cost of what the original estimate was. Insurance co, has to be notified and have to Ok the extra cost,some one dropped the ball in their shop. Tic,toc,tic,toc!!! Week 4th after I contacted the ins co, I am told the shop didn t fax the "suplemental"information the day they called in with the additional cost. Now a month later YES!!!! A month LATER!!!! shop tells me it is going to be a week from today for the car to be ready,all this time I am thinking:"It was just a tear on the rear bumper, no frame,or suspension damage,hell,I was driving the car,there was nothing wrong with it,but I had to fix that bumper bc insurance co. might have a time limit on claims. After this incident I am switching insurance companies and I wouldn t recommend this shop to anyone. Like I said,I estimate construction projects in the thousands of dollars,it s ok to be off by 100.00 to 500.00, but to more double the initial estimate? That s not acceptable and no company would keep me long in their ranks. Sadly,this shop operate by different standards,insurance cos. have different rules. I ve never had an accident in my life,this is my 1st time dealing with one,this was a bumper tear the size of an inch,no dent not bent,if there is a next time,I will absorb the cost,fix it out of my pocket and move on... this experience has been a nightmare,thanks to Allstate and this shop. Updates will follow to rate the actual job. Tic,toc,tic,toc!!!

This place is terrible. Worst experience Ive ever had with an auto body shop. I am in customer service myself in the way that Ive been treated over there is totally unacceptable. First quotes was 8 days not my car has been there for 62. Ive had to repaint the car 3 times. They broke the molding on my car and charge the insurance company for it. I went in to check my car after a month of it being there and it was totally stripped doors off Windows Out and sitting in the weather. I felt my seats they were wet. Not recommend this place to anyone even my worst enemy. I chose this place and do too they had everything there and was told that they communicate together. That was a lie the only reason why I give them one star its because you have to give them a star I should be able to give them a negative rating like 10 - Stars so my recommendation save your money save your time and save your insanity and bring it somewhere else

Took my vehicle in on 05/26 for hail damage repair as scheduled by the body shop. Was finally contacted that the repair was complete approximately 1 month later. When I went to pick up the vehicle it had sustained additional damage while in the body shop including several scratches, paint runs, and a broken side view mirror and it was dirty. I left the vehicle there another 8 days for them to repair the damage done by the shop. The vehicle was finally repaired on 07/13 48 days after entering the shop. I asked for an adjustment in the remaining deductible to compensate for the additional expense I had in a rental car due to their slow repair and because of the additional time required to repair damage done while in their shop. The answer was no. My advice is to go elsewhere. There is no quality control here.

If I didnt have to give a star, I wouldnt. I have never had to claim anything on an auto policy in 25 years. I scraped my car and not only did they give me the car back worse than when I took it in. The promised times that they couldnt deliver on. The gave me back a car that didnt have the bumped put back together right. And the final kicker is that when I picked it up the second time they gouged my rim and put a whole in my side wall. I was lucky I didnt kill anyone or myself driving it back to work. Thanks to Lexus, my car will be good as new soon. Please do not go here unless you want to have horrible service and have your car worse off. Thank you North Park for your exceptional service.

Car was with them for over a month. The story is that the replacement part took a while to ship, but they had it long enough for it to have been wheelbarrow-ed in from China. They had my car so long that the registration expired. I had to buy a new battery 2 days after I got it back because the old one sat, unused, for so long. Repairs were not completed fully. Been waiting 3 weeks for them to resolve another issue with a piece of the bumper they did not replace. I will definitely not be going back until they have the part on-hand. I wish I had checked the google reviews before entrusting my vehicle to this body shop.

I couldnt possibly be more pleased with the repairs and the best example of customer service I have ever seen with a collision repair center. Everyone at the West Avenue center know why they are there and they performed their duties like they were interviewing for a job. Professionalism at its finest starting with the receptionist to the repair coordinator to the rental agent to the technician that did the repairs. I am really surprised at the negative comments because I did not witness anything-repeat "anything" that resembled an indifferent attitude!!!!!! John V. San Antonio TX.

Should be zero stars. Caused more damage to my vehicle in addition to doing a horrible job to begin with. My front bumper is still misaligned, scratches on a brand new rear bumper, busted my tail light and dented the side of my vehicle. A screw literally fell out of the quarter panel lining and washers were missing. The paint job and body work were beyond horrible. Cannot believe that Geico would have this collison center as a preferred center.

Worst experience ever with AMM Collision. My husband was in an accident June 27. Its August 4th and the car is STILL NOT DONE. I was told three weeks ago it would be done. That did not happen. Then two weeks. Then one week. Then three days ago. Nope nope nope nope. They have promised to deliver our car to us now that we live in Austin and I do not believe them one bit or have any trust in them. Do not go here. It is not worth your time or money.
