Was told a date and kept getting text saying that everything was great and ahead of shedule. The day before my car was supposed to be finished i get a call saying that they had alot of things go wrong and that it would be finished the following day. This went on for another week of text saying something happened and it would be pushed back a day. Then the day that they said its finished which was roughly a month later after it was supoosed to be finished they call and say it will be ready for pick up that day. A few hours later they call again saying something went wrong during its final drive test and found that one of thr employees there messed up the exhausted when they took it off for repairs and had to be replaced. So my insurance was charged for that too. Finally after getting the car back it looked good. Like nothing happened. Only issue with the finished work was they put the badges on high and crooked. The "EX" is far to thr side higher than before and tilted. The guys said that they wanted to put then on "to fit the curvature of the car". I feel like if thats how it should have been it would have came factory like that. Now it just looks messed up and weird. I cant delete them either because he also said that they used a high adhesive and it would peele the paint. So im pretty much stuck with it. They did say they would fix it if i really didnt like it but it would cost me and they would have to keep the car again. They are out of their minds if they think ill leave my car with them again. I had used another repair company before that was fast and did an amazing job. To avoid any salt i wont name the other company but i will say look around first this place should be a last resort. Ps. The exhaust in the picture after repair was something i did when i got the car back. Not the one they replaced.

Do Not take your car here!! My Ford F 150 was damaged in a collision and towed to Caliber Collision on I35 in San Antonio. They charged my insurance company, USAA, 6000.00 dollars to fix my truck. The driver’s side locking mechanism was broken in the collision and did not work. My wife had to get in the car from the passenger side door to drive the truck. My wife brought the truck back to Caliber collision and the incompetent manager told her that the problem was the car alarm. I had the car alarm checked and the technician said that it was the locking mechanism. Here is where the incompetence starts. I bring the truck to caliber collision and tell them directly that the locking mechanism is broken. They have their technician look at it. Their technician only checks the wire connections, not the lock. The lock works once and I leave. I bring the truck back again and I ask them to fix it. Note, they still have not changed or repaired the locking mechanism. Their production manager (a simpleton) suggests that since my vehicle is new and still under warranty that I take it to Ford. I took the truck to Jordan Ford and they can Actually fix the locking mechanism. I petitioned my insurance company, USAA, to stop doing business with caliber collision and hope that you will do the same.

I had Caliber do the hail damage repair for my F150. This was a massive repair job and took nearly 2 months to complete. I wasnt expecting perfection but wanted a quality job done. They met my expectations. I had to take it back for a couple of spots that were missed. There was no argument or anything at all. They took the truck back and a week later it was ready again. My only complaint would be a small amount of overspray on my dashboard and some small scratches on another dashboard part. Nothing to really worry about for such a large scale job. I think these folks really do try hard to do the best work possible.

Took my truck in to have a estimate and it looked to be totaled. The service writer said he would send the paperwork to the ins company that week, didnt happen. Called the next week the manager said he would send it, didnt happen. The next week called back talked to service writer with the ins company on the phone he said he would send it right now. A week later its still not there. This place is a total circus and evidently no one knows how to use a fax machine or email the ins company to process the claims...

Caliber has friendly people and they keep you informed about the progress of your vehicle. In addition, the repair looks great. However, when I picked up the vehicle, the inside smelled like paint, and every surface was covered by a fine layer of dust. I contacted the serviceman who said to bring it back in and theyd detail the car. When I asked him about the dust, he said it was "just" Bondo dust. Ive had vehicles repaired at another repair location on several occasions and never have experienced this problem.

I WAS TRAVELING ACROSS TEXAS ON MY WAY TO MY HOME IN GA AND WRECKED MY CAR. I WAS REFERRED TO CALIBER COLLISION IN SCHERTZ, TX. WHEN I CALLED I WAS VERY UPSET. ELIZABETH ANSWERED MY CALL AND WAS SO SWEET AND HELPFUL. THE CAR WOULD BE TOWED IN AFTER HOURS BUT SHE ASSURED ME IT WOULD BE OKAY TO PLACE IT IN THE LOT. WHEN I ARRIVED IN THE TOW TRUCK DILLON BRITTON WAS STILL WORKING. HE TOOK ME TO A CLOSE HOTEL AND THEN HELPED ME THE NEXT MORNING. THANK YOU BOTH. DILLON YOU WERE A GOD SEND.

Not sure what to think about this auto shop. My car has been in several times and just not able to get it right. Just tired of rental cars. Everything just gone wrong with my new car that I had for only 3months before the hail damage. I definitely will never bring any of my vehicle to this location ever. Been going to Caliber Collision for years and this time I got a sour taste of this company all around. Nice people just the service in my car bad, bad, bad.

Excellent attention to detail in both customer service and work quality by Alma. My repair was completed 2 days earlier than I was initially told and it was done RIGHT! They even gave me a bottle of touch up paint from the left overs. The insurance company recommended them and I was hesitant at first but glad I went. Hopefully I dont have to go back but they will be my first call if something happens to my truck again.

Unfortunately I can leave a review LOL! No one ever wants to be in a wreak of any kind, but these guys have replaced my front bumper (dog I tried desperately to avoid (((((tears)))) and back bumper from being rear-ended. Both times by SUV was ready before the estimated time, received text updates through the process and within expected costs~! Great job guys, she looks new~!
