Stay away...no run as far away from this place as possible!!! These guys are crooks. I took my SUV in to get repaired after an auto accident. They took more than two months to do anything to it. I called more than a dozen times to get an update and no answer. I finally decided to stop by to only got the runaround from everyone. While there, i asked to see the progress on my SUV and after the three months it was obvious they did not do anything to it. My vehicles alignment was not repaired, the paint job was a joke. The paint job looked as if a three year old child took a gray crayon to it. Not to mention the paint was chipping off! How does paint chip off if the paint job is new and still in the shop??? The passenger side door was not aligned correctly. I had to pull hard to open and push the door shut in order for it to lock! The parts looked used. I bet they replace with used parts and charged my insurance company top dollar for the job. To top it all off....the worker was snooty when i pointed all the above off to him. He looked like he hated his job. I forget his name but it starts with an A... He said in front of the receptionist..."what more do you want from me!?! Do you want me to sign off in blood for you!?!" What was that supposed to mean??? That guy was a total jerk. He was disrespectful. Acted as if he could care less about my concerns. I felt disrespected. He talked down to me the whole transaction. Walked away while i was speaking with him. The next day i was assigned to work with a different worker because the incompetent "agent" did not have time to deal with my "petty" concerns. I would never work with this unfortunate and poor excuse of a company even if it was the last auto body shop on earth. I bet all the food reviews are posted by the owners family and employees. This place is disgusting. CONSUMERS BEWARE!!! Stay away!!! Run!!!

I went in to have my front bumper and lip replaced under warranty. They matched the paint well and performed the work pretty quickly. However, they misplaced a few pieces and neglected the sand/prime the lip. After a few months I began to notice some blue spots on the lip (I have a red car). When I looked at it closer it was apparent that they sourced a blue lip and then just put new paint over it without the proper prep-work. Now my car looks like it has blue acne. I have friends that used to swear by this place, but the general consensus has been that over the past couple of years the results have really gone downhill.

I called in to ask about available times to get my car in for easy repairs after a hail storm. I knew that all of the local places would be swamped so I was totally ok with having to wait a couple of days before I could get my car in. The guy that answered the phone was incredibly rude. All I asked was when there was an available time to get my car in, his response was "I know what youre trying to do but it dont work like that." He then continued to treat me like I was trying to con him or something. I cant believe anyone would want to go here if they received the same terrible service I did.

George is a very friendly person, and his shop is like those mom and pop places with personal touch that we miss in todays corporate stores. What a rude mf I come to get a estimate and I dont see anyone working so I walk around the owner ask me if I came to pick up a vehicle I said no I need a estimate as he is walking 10 feet away speed walk in oh no not taking anything sorry cant help you.and he keeps walk in away.I said what are u booked im standing there confused mad and posses since I drove 30mins to get here seeing how there were great reviews ...Sike poor sorry was customer service hire some employees cheap ass

Stay away!!! I never write reviews. The owner George is as rude as it gets. While on the phone he was a bit rude. I really need my car bumper fixed, so I went to the shop anyway. Once I got there I knocked on his door to see if I could get an estimate. He said Ill be with you in a minute, then slammed the door in my face. After waiting 10 minutes I just left. If I could give this place zero stars I most definitely would!

AWESOME JOB. George is a GREAT GUY!!!! Great Price, and done in 2 days. I hit a deer which cratered the right front hood, side Panel, and Head light. Now you cannot even tell it was damaged. They also fixed the back right, from when I backed into a pole. Cannot tell that it was damaged either.

HORRIBLE!!!!!!! THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. EVER. George is incredibly rude. I dont care how good your "work" is, the way you treat a custumer says a lot about the person and business. So George, as you said "good luck" prior HANGING UP on me. Good luck to you also!!
