The experience and men working the auto shop were very helpful in explaining issues that were presenting themselves with the exception of finding a draw in our BMW. We went back and forth with this issue and were paying a lot of money to tow the vehicle to the shop so they would diagnose the problem. Unfortunately, after almost a month of back and forth with them; they could not tell me anything. I told them it keeps dying and they suggested that I go elsewhere to find the problem. After a couple of weeks of tinkering with our 545, my wife and I (who have NO EXPERIENCE with cars) was able to diagnose the problem down a to a draw in our stereo/radio/dvd player in the car. We had to use basic simplistic tools to complete the diagnostic check and after looking at several auto videos/articles it seems to have been a parasitic draw and found the source in the radio compartment in the fuse box. They failed to check any of that stuff and relied heavily on modern technology computers which drew up nothing. So far my car has not drained for the last week (when it would die every night) and it seems to be driving well.

I called this business this morning to inquire about work on my Rolls-Royce. The woman that I spoke to was very unprofessional, and borderline rude. With no Rolls-Royce dealership in the city, and being knowing exactly what is needed for my car, I purchased the required parts from a factory authorized dealer. The woman said, "I can tell you right now we do not allow customers to supply their own parts." I find this highly suspect. Why? Could it be that they would purchase parts elsewhere and overcharge me? My parts are still in the original boxes from the UK factory.Later on in the day I was very fortunate to get a referral from another Rolls-Royce Owners Club member to a shop that has a far better reputation, that will not only use my factory parts, and WITHOUT the attitude of some person answering the phone. If this is an fair example of the service they provide I would certainly NOT entrust the care of my Rolls-Royce, or my Mercedes to them. I advise to shop around, hopefully empowered with a trusted recommendation. This business will get none of mine.

Usually I dont write reviews. But I will give credit where credit it due. Grab a cup of coffee. I have been with Eurasian Auto Repair for 8 yrs now. They are a great been alternative to the dealer. I own a Lexus ls 430 and BMW X5. When I first met John and Robert they were both very friendly guys and spoke my language not mechanic jargon. Now whenever I have a "check engine" light come on or if need repair, I always check with Eurasian first. Now a days, its scaring taking your car in with all the electronics that go into cars. They have made it easy and comfortable; whether its simple fuse or something more complicated Eurasian Auto have been the most trusted and reliable guys I know. I have referred most of friends who have Mercedes, BMWs, Audis, and even a few Porches(i?) They have all been treated well and we have charged much less than the dealer. As long as I live in San Antonio, I will be with Eurasian Auto Repair: Honest, Reliable, Trustworthy, Dependable and Reasonable. John and Robert keep up the GREAT WORK GUYS!!

Impressed by Eurasian Auto Repair! I drove my older Mercedes to San Antonio from Chicago to visit relatives, so when it was time for me to return home I wanted to have the car checked out before I started the long road trip. I used the Internet to research auto repair shops, and based on reviews and the fact they are AAA approved AND a Bosch service center, I chose Eurasian Auto Repair. I was impressed with how thorough they were when they checked all my fluids, tires, and other systems and truly seemed to care about making sure the car was in top notch shape and ready for the road - even though I am not a regular customer. John is very professional and a straight shooter. And the owner, Robert, was extremely friendly and made sure the job was done right. Thank you for the peace of mind. If you live in San Antonio, this is the place to take your car for maintenance and repairs.

I decided to try Eurasian Auto after reading so many great reviews. My last mechanic charged less, but didnt fix the problems correctly. I wasted too much time with the car in the other shop, having to rent a car in the interim, then not having the proper work done. Eurasian Auto gives you a very detailed layout of the problems and solutions. They are friendly, knowledgeable and priced reasonably. They performed a multitude of repairs and I finally feel like I have a trustworthy repair shop that I can count on. I will be a return customer and I have already referred a friend to them as well. A special thanks to Zach and John for the detailed information they provided. You guys are wonderful!

First time customer with Eurasian Auto Repair, and although I hope not to need any repairs in the near future, I will definitely come back if the need arises. I dealt with Rob with a malfunctioning A/C system in my 2011 F-250. Price was very competitive and I had the truck back quick. The shop is very clean and everyone was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Rob went above and beyond to determine what the problem was and get it fixed in the most efficient and cost effective manner. Admittedly, I was nervous about the entire dash having to come out for the repair, but you wouldnt know it happened. Very pleased. Thanks Rob and Eurasian Auto Repair.

This company was amazing! We dont live in Texas any longer but my kids are there for college. We had a hard time finding someone to work on our car and drove quite a bit to get to them. The entire staff could not have been nicer. I needed a rear light repaired and it happened to just need a new bulb. This fine company just said, "Here ya go. You are all set." When I went to pay they said there is no charge. WOW! How often does that happen! NEVER! What a great group of people! I vowed to spread the word about their kind deed and amazing service to an old Texan. Man do I miss the good people of Texas! Thank you again Eurasian Auto Repair!

Very quick turn around and reasonable charge to identify and repair a vacuum leak and replace a pulley and all belts. John Ly and Wayne were very friendly and professional. They took the time to explain everything before they did the work and then answered all my questions once I picked up my car. Other places I had taken my van to were all saying that I needed to replace my O2 sensors (after I had just replaced them 2 years ago because another shop said they needed to be replaced). I believe i may have finally found a trust worthy Repair Shop. I highly recommend them for Domestic and Foreign car repairs.

John is exceptionally conscientious. They were tenacious in trying to diagnose an elusive problem with a VW Jetta. In the end, the problem wound up being too costly to fix . . . but they were more than fair about what I was charged for work that was done. I had to call for status updates, though . . . and their waiting area isnt a place youd want to hole up to relax or knock out some work. Ill be a repeat customer. Even though my story didnt have a happy ending, in the areas that matter most its the best experience Ive had with an auto repair shop, ever.
