I was referred to this place after my 2008 335i was broken into and vandalized at my office. The driver side window was crow barred off and damaged the a-frame of the roof of the car. This scratched up the door, and of course some glass got into the vehicle. On arrival, everyone was nice and there were lots of high-end vehicles on the lot. I was helped out in a timely manner and we did a walk around and of course the numbers start adding up. I am told, it gets expensive and it will take longer than usual because they do it right the first time. So with that, I was happy. Its gonna take a while, but it will be the best job Ive ever seen. That was not the case. At all. Here is what was wrong upon first receipt of the car. Please keep in mind, it was raining that day and I was not able to inspect the vehicle. This is what i noticed once i got home and the rain let up. 1. The paint job looked as if it was just blot sprayed on out of a can. 2. The brushed chrome trim on the roof of my car and window was replaced with polished chrome. 3. taking the car in I had a 1cm gap in my front bumper- getting it back was more like an inch and a half. 4. The clear coat on my back bumper had been burned through and was now peeling. 5. A rocker panel was removed and worked on and put back incorrectly. It was not flush. 6. The windshield molding used to put back on my windshield was peeling and coming off. 7. It took 21 business days to get this done. ------- I have to schedule a new appointment to have the car taken in. I finally get it there and here are the remedies, or attempts to remedy. This here is what happens on the 2nd Visit and my observations after delivery of vehicle. 1. They sprayed clear coat over the bad paint job and buffed it.--- You could still see the blotches 2. They replaced the trim with the right one. Done. 3. The gap: They said i took it in that way, cant do anything. Also,they didnt touch the bumper. 4. Clear coat on back bumper: Again, they said i took it in that way, they didnt touch the back bumper. Cant do anything. 5. Rocker Panel: It was like that. - it wasnt. 6. Windshield Molding: They place a thick piece of white (on black trim) double sided tape to it. - it came loose within hours and was obvious to see --- I go home and have a good walk around and see what i noted just above. I also decide to take a look at the receipt they gave me, i found some interesting things. I take it back again and here is what happens. 3rd return of vehicle to the shop. 1. They took a buffer and did a paint correction of the entire vehicle. Under a UV Light, you can see my once brilliant and smooth car is now covered in swirl marks and the paint is flat. The blotches did fade, but are still there. 2. trim: Taken care of. 3. Front Bumper: It was charged on my receipt and to my insurance. They said they didnt touch it but had to put it on there... 4. rear Bumper: Same as 3. 5. Rocker Panel: They pushed it in some. Not flush still. 6. Windshield Molding: They put another piece of the same adhesive tape on it. -- Came loose in one day. ------ This being the 3rd time of unsatisfactory work, I called the shop and asked for a call back to see what i needed to do to get my car done right but never received a call. At this point, i am done with the shop and taking time off work and rental cars.I have had most of these things now repaired at other shops and am content. I do not know what happened as again, i see they have some high end vehicles on their lot. I refuse to believe that this is the kind of work they do, but it seems to be that way from the 3 times I have gone back and gotten no where. I was giving them a 1 star rating, but that indicates you hate the shop. The people were nice for the most part and also hate is a very strong word. If the 1 star option was "Seriously disliked", then i would have used that. Bottom line: If you want to hear a really good sales pitch, then definitely schedule an appointment to get an estimate. However, I cant recommend you actually let them do the work.

I took my car to be repaired 1 year ago to this shop. This shop charges for parts and services that they dont perform on your vehicle. They also did a really bad job on my Honda. My car was hit while parked in a parking lot and the damage was on the drivers side rear bumper and quarter panel. They were supposed to replace the bumper and fix the quarter panel and then paint the damaged areas. This shop had my car for two weeks and when I went to pick my car up the bumper had been replaced and repainted, the quarter panel had ripples in it all the way up to the roof which the repair guy said were already there but they were not before I took the car in to the shop. The paint job was really crappy their were runs in the clear coat and scratches down the door which were not there when I dropped it off for the repairs. My center console lid had been changed out to a broken one and that replacement part costs over $600 which they said was like that when I brought it to them. I DO NOT recommend this shop to anyone since they do terrible work and they steal parts off your car to use for other cars and then lie and cheat their customers. I will NEVER go to this shop again.

NORTHSIDE COLLISION . After being told initially the repair would take seven days, it took over a month. They kept giving different stories and excuses about why it was taking so long.When my car was finally ready there was a 3 inch rip in my leather seat, I immediately showed them. I was told the owner "Marc" would call me. After at least 15 attempts to get in touch with him, and no return phone call, An employee of the owner gave me a message from Marc this morning. Northside is NOT going to fix the damage they did to my vehicle. I HAVE PICTURES WHICH SHOW IT IS A FRESH TEAR, BUT NORTHSIDE WAS AND IS NOT INTERESTED IN FIXING IT. I am beyond flabbergasted. I JUST SPENT 6K DOING BUSINESS WITH THEIR COMPANY!!!! SO DISAPPOINTED THAT A BUSINESS HAS SUCH LOW ETHICS AND INTEGRITY. Treating your customers in this way will eventually come back to bite you. It is not the cost of getting it fixed that has me so mad, but about doing the right thing in business. SHAMEFUL!!!

Had a little fender bender, Chris Hernandez was very nice and provided a detailed estimate for the repairs. The price was better than 2 other shops I had checked with. I dropped my car off on Monday, and Tuesday around noon Chris called to let me know that the body repairs were already complete!!! Great customer service, excellent repair work. Will definitely bring my car back for any other necessary repairs. Great job guys!!!
