If there is only a choice for negative star then that is the star this bodyshop deserve because theyre performance is very very poor, their time frame to finish a job is infinity ( they will keep telling you it will be done soon but nothing is done), their service advisor are telling lies and false updates. Let me tell you my experience - my wife has been hit by an uninsured driver 3rd of April and i asked the towing people to bring the car to this shop as recommended by the dealership and then i was told that they need to look into the extent of the damage before they can tell me how long will it take to repair, it was then assessed by the insurance rep then after few days I followed up they said there is more damage after they took off the peripheral parts but they havent contacted the insurance rep hence i did and so the rep went the following day and parts has been ordered. After two weeks Incalled and i was told all the parts has arrived so they are ready to repair. A week after i phoned up again and the service advisor cant tell me the time frame hence i let it go. A week after i called again and same thing hes telling me on the phone and so i wnet to the bodyshop and asked to see the car and i was shocked to see that the car was not even touch at all all the parts were on the side an not even unbox? I was furious and asked them to do something. Two months after the car was with them i was told that it is nearly done they are putting on the engine back and repainting needed then it will be done after a week, i went for holiday for two weeks and i told them if it is done before i come back then leave it there and ill get it once I arrived back, once I landed in the airport i phoned them up and another service advisor told me that there is only one more part to put in and everything will be done so you can get your car by tomorrow. I called the following day ( this will be two months and 3 weeks that the car was with them) and anothe advisor took my call an i was totally amazed with what he said that nothing has been done to the car yet!!! I went in there and asked to see the car and the car when i saw it the first time 2 months ago was the same and so with all the parts - they are already dusty because nobody did anything at all, i was really furious and unhappy about it and so i asked to talk to the owner but the owner was not around and somebody by the name of bobby talk to me and even computed in front of me the supposed time frame for my repair and it is just supposed to be 23 days which has almost tripled the time i told him and still nothing done, he promised me that he will talked to the owner and get it be done ASAP probably 2 weeks. After a week he is telling me that everything was doing well and fast and so it will be ready in a week time. The following week a rep from my insurance phoned me up and told me that my car will be declared total loss!!! After 3 months!!! With all the ordeal i have gone through which should have been done at the very assessment? I was told because the bodyshop took too long to look properly into the car... IF THEY HAPPEN TO RECOMMEND THIS BODYSHOP TO YOU... THINK TWICE OR MORE AS I DONT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL... VERY POOR JOB PERFORMANCE AND A LOT OF LIES WILL BE TOLD ON YOUR UPDATE.

My vehicle has been at Lone Star Auto Repair for 5 months now and I still cannot get a definitive answer of when it will be ready. I initially took the vehicle in back at the end of March for a rear-end accident that I had and I was given a months turn around, well about 2 weeks later we had the huge hail storm and my vehicle was one of the many that sustained damages at the repair shop. Here we are 5 months later and Im still without a vehicle. There were also issues with Enterprise rent a car receiving payment for my car rental. When Farmers stopped paying my rental, Lone Star made arrangements with Enterprise to to take over the rental payment since my vehicle still wasnt ready. Well at the beginning of August I received a phone call from the store manager at Enterprise letting me know that they were having a very difficult time receiving the payment from Lone Star for my rental and that they were going to have to charge my American Express $1612 since Lone Star wouldnt pay. It turned into a huge ordeal that I shouldve never been dragged into in the first place. Enterprise also told me that they wouldnt be dealing with the same issues with Lone Star and the remainder of the car rental would be billed on my Amex and I would be responsible for getting reimbursed from Lone Star. I ended up returning the car rental and am now driving a borrowed vehicle because of the predicament that Lone Star and Enterprise Rent A Car put me in. It has been a long drawn out wait for my vehicle, I understand that the hail storm overwhelmed many repair shops and people are waiting months to have their damaged vehicles repaired. Mine was already at the shop for repairs due to a car accident and 5 months seems a bit extreme to be waiting on a car.

The staff is really nice but they are just so inefficient and cant seem to deliver in time. I got hit from behind last April 29th and it should just be a routine bumper replacement. BMW referred me to Lone Star AMR and they were nice enough to accommodate me even in the midst of all hail damage repairs going on around town so I brought my convertible in last May 2nd. Anyway, first they told me they ordered for the parts and will come after a week. What? That long? Ok, so I called after a week and then the guy RJ who is supposed to work on my car was actually off for a week and they cant seem to delegate it to anybody else because whenever I call, nobody knows whats going on. Now, when RJ finally came back to work, the first time I got to talk to him was May 12th, he then told me that the they were now waiting for supplement approval from my Insurance because they failed to order the bracket and the clamp since the muffler also needed to be changed. I told them even my wife saw that the muffler needed changing. How come they did not see that in the beginning and missed ordering the needed parts it in the get go? So I waited some more and after a week of calling and following up, now the next problem is that the bracket that arrived is cracked so they are again waiting for another one. So Im at the end of the four weeks now. The receptionist Veronica is already sick of getting my calls looking for RJ. Again, they seem to be nice people but I will pop up at the shop today to see if all they are telling me is true. It could be that the car is just sitting there and not being worked on. Or worst, just like what I read in the other review from Yelp, the car is already fixed and they are just taking it for extended test drives.
