This is by far the worst experience I have had. First I went over and got an estimate for a side mirror on my vehicle. The person who gave the estimate was very thorough and nice. She said it would only take a couple days to come in and the estimate price was $300. So I paid the money and the estimator said come back whenever you want, its only going to take .4 hours to fix, no appointment needed. So I said great and left. A week goes by and I dont hear anything so i called in and was told that the estimator person was out sick. Ok that happens now what? So they tell me it wasnt painted when it arrived and they would have to paint it and that would be between $30-$50, I said ok thats fine, when can I come in, they said whenever. So wednesday rolls around and I go over there around 11am (even though secretly I was thinking it was odd that they didnt make me have an appointment but whatever) so I show up and this lady named Fran at the front desk asks for my name and I give it to her and she says "Oh I told you on the phone to be here at 1;30pm, not 11am" So I said no, I dont recall you mentioning any time for me to come in, (which is odd) and she was very rude and adamant that I was wrong and she was right. She was rude and humiliated me in front of the entire lobby. Do they treat all of their customers like that? I had an appointment that day from 1-5 which had been scheduled for weeks so I would have never accepted a 1:30pm appointment but she was not to be proved wrong. Finally I get a phone call that its ready and I specifically ask for an appointment time, since last time went so wrong. So they say show up at 3:30pm. I did and this guy comes out and says there has been an error here, the price you were quoted last week wasnt updated in the system and it isnt $200 for the part its $300, also the mx crew wasnt happy with the way the paint turned out so they repainted it (which I likely had to pay for) also the .4 time you were quoted for install was just for taking the other part off, not installing the new one, so its really .8 hours of time, because evidently they cant quote something knowing that it would have to be removed and then reinstalled. Thats too difficult to figure out. Now the price is $425, instead of $300. Like what am I going to do now? Get up and leave, demand a refund? I need a mirror, so they have you over a barrel now. The mirror looks nice and thats the only reason they got two stars and not one, but their customer service skills need work. I would not recommend going here and will never go back. Its like bait and switch over there. Nice in the beginning then rake you over the coals after they get some money out of you.

Took my car in after someone slammed into it (and I mean SLAMMED) in a parking lot. They were professional and they did a GREAT job - despite the damage being quite extensive, you cant tell anything ever happened. I received polite service, a thorough explanation, and frequent updates. The repair took longer than they had estimated so they provided a rental car from the Hertz on site, which they paid for entirely because they said they were "sorry to inconvenience" me. I highly reccomend!

After I was in a car accident, Triangle Auto Body took care of my car from beginning to end. They arranged for the tow company to bring the car over, made sure I was getting all the repairs covered through insurance, and then put my car back to the condition it was before the accident. Billy Darr kept me informed throughout the entire process, and got my car back to me in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend Triangle Auto Body.

When my daughters car was totalled, we had it towed to Triangle Auto Body. We found them to be knowledgeable, professional, customer-oriented, and very helpful throughout the entire process of our interacting with the insurance agency through getting it sold to a salvage yard. I would go there again without hesitation (although knocking on wood that I wont ever have the occasion to need to do that).

Had my 1999 F-150 repaired at Triangle Auto Body. Have had my truck back for over a week. Perfect. It had damage to the rear-end to include replacing the side body, bumper and tail gate. A perfect job. Great paint match. I could not be happier. Highly recomend. Update as of 6/11/14. Another accident. Back to Triangle. The work is great and the folks are a please to deal with. outstanding.

Ed Lopez and the entire staff at the ABRA Neal Road location were a pleasure to work with. The paint job looks beautiful (they even cleaned the interior, which I wasnt expecting). Ed personally delivered my vehicle to me when the due date slipped later than expected due to the holiday. A great experience, would highly recommend this particular ABRA!

Could not have asked for better customer service. Updates on the repair progress were text directly to my phone and the people were very pleasant over the phone and in person. Had experience with both body and paint repair and both turned out great! If I need any repair work in the future Ill definitely be back.

This place is the best and I highly recommend them for your repair needs. From start to finish I was kept informed about the repairs being done to my nephews car and any additional changes/charges were approved by me before any work was done and I am very happy. A+++ people and a pleasure working with them.

Terrifically impressed with the service I received from Triangle Auto Body. They handled the whole process professionally and I couldnt be happier with the repair. The fact that they have a Hertz car rental located within their facility was a big plus for me. The whole repair process couldnt have been easier.
