If i had an option to put no star, i would. I bring in my sentra to get the door replaced (JUST A DOOR) because a truck bumped my parked car causing my door not to open and the window wont go down. Well i drop off my vehicle at 8:30 am on JUNE 29, 2017 at this SK on broadway. I chose the earliest time so that my vehicle could get fixed and repaired earlier. Well the machine notifies me through text that my vehicle wont be ready till July 7, 2017. I decide to give them a call on july 6 th. I speak with the mechanic after his lunch break, and he tells me they are still waiting on the door, they they havent received a new shipment of my door. Mean while im getting texts from their machine saying that my vehicle is 60% done. Lies because it hasnt had any work done to it because they are still waiting on the door. How come the mechanic couldnt notify me about this, instead of having me under the influence that my vehicle is getting ready??! So Serafin Gonzalez (the mechanic) tells me were pushing the date to the 10th of july, it should be ready. I told him ok you let me know soon as that door comes, you give me a call. He never called me, i had to call him the next day friday july 7 and he tells me "oh yea the door is here it came. Your vehicle is being painted and buffed. it will be ready on jul 10th once a technician installs the parts inside your door on monday july 10 because saturday they dont have techinicians working." I give them another call on jul 10 and i find out that Serafin Gonzalez, is on vacation so another guy is taking over and Chris (the guy taking over) tells me "Your vehicle is being painted right now, its in body shop." I told him "No chris, Serafin told me that it was ALREADY being painted on july 8th friday, the ready date is today july 10 today. The vehicle should be ready for me to pick up. " Chris tells me that they will need to push the date further back for tomorrow. By now im upset. My patience has finished. Serafin Gonzalez lied to me, his customer, i trusted my vehicle would be getting fixed, not neglected and giving idiotic excuses and lies. Serafin lied to me about my vehicle getting painted on friday because it was not. I have brought three other vehicles at this location in the past three years and have never experienced problems like this until now. I told them "Im being given the run around and lied to. I missed my work because you guys pushed the date and now your pushing the date AGAIN? No sir, I dont have a vehicle and i need my vehicle because I do have work. And i no longer trust Service king. Dont bother coming here, they will lie to you to cover their ass. They arent who the used to be.

Poor poor poor customer service when I walked in no one was there at the initial front desk only at the computers and stuff and nobody acknowledged the fact that I had walked into the building, nobody asked me if I needed help I kind of walked around like an idiot trying to get somebody to say something to me and figure out who was supposed to help me everyone looked at me like I was Dumb and then when I finally did get to speak to someone none of what they were saying was accurate with what I have been told previous to coming in and then on top of that they basically acted as though my problem wasnt important enough for them to want to take on, and also implied that no one else would take my vehicle in. For a driver who experienced an accident that was not his fault and is now in need of the repairs its very unsettling to walk into a business like this that basically treats potential customers like crap before they even get service.

I would recommend this location- they were very helpful and coordinated with Enterprise for the rental car for me. Repairs took a week and I got text updates the whole time so I didnt have to wonder. Didnt price gouge on parts like some shops try to get away with, and they even straightened out my license plate that was crumpled in the accident so I didnt have to stand in line at the DMV to get a new one. Car was washed & tires were shined when I picked it up which shows they have respect for your car/investment.

Nothing but excuses. They were late getting my truck finished, and only offered excuses. They were waiting on some trim pieces, and I got tired of waiting and picked up my truck anyway. They claimed they would have someone call me when the trim came in and come install it, but I am still waiting. I am sure since I paid already they dont care anymore. Go somewhere else, most of these positive reviews were written by their staff.

I took my vehicle to the Service King off of Broadway to repair the rear bumper of my car. The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. I came in, they took photos of the damage, and I had an estimate within 20 minutes. The job was done in less than a week and they even sent me updates on what stage of repair they were at along the way. I highly recommend this location and company. Their service was outstanding.

I brought my car to Service King for body damage repair after a minor accident. The service was good and efficient. The staff was helpful and friendly. I was updated on every step of the repair. The entire cost was covered by insurance so I cant review the cost value, but for the right price I will be happy to bring my car back there for any future service needs.

Everyone was very friendly. It took maybe an hour when I brought the vehicle in. Megan helped me. She took a lot of photos and let me know that shed be in contact (e-mail or phone) every Tuesday and Thursday until the job was complete. Her original estimate was that it would take 10 days, it took 7. We were even able to pick up the vehicle after hours!

Service King On Broadway St. San Antonio, Texas is absolutely the best. After the major hail storm in April of 2016, Margie and Brian Howard were able to take it apart and put it back together again good as new. Absolutely flawless job, paint & body work were perfect. If you need paint & body, please go see these folks, they can get the job DONE..!!!

My new car was taken in for front end repair, and was returned with new scratches. After pointing this out I received attitude from a female employee who suggested I not drive it through so many automatic car washes. I am very compulsive and only allow the car to b hand washed by myself or a detail facility.

Had a good experience here. We had to wait awhile for an appointment after the huge hail storm in April 2016, but this is one of the places the BMW dealership recommended. It took around 4 weeks to repair major damage, but their work was excellent and customer service (Marge) was top notch.
