Ive known the owner for quite some time. He posted an ad on craigslist for a window regulator for an Audi A4, I just so happen to need one since mine was going bad. He replaced it, very professional, and relatively quick. Everysince then Ive been taking my Audi for any major maintenance needs. Now he, Eric, owns his own shop, Goose Automotive, and I still continue to go there for whatever issues I may have, I even got my windows tinted there with the partnership of A1 Tint and Alarm. Prices are always cheaper than the dealer, and 9 times out of 10 can get my car seen same day or next day, unlike week(s) at Cavender Audi. Im not knocking Cavender, but with the service, customer relations, prices, etc...at Goose, I really have no need to visit them other than purchasing oil filters or Audi accessories like gifts and license plate frames. Everytime someone asks who I take my car to Erics shop is the first one I bring up. Honestly if you own an Audi, VW, BMW or Mercedes, if you cant get into the dealer or the prices just seem a little out there, visit Goose Automotive.

Ive been taking my VW CC to Goose for quite some time now and recently started taking my Land Rover as well. They know what theyre doing, dont overcharge, treat you right and try to get you your car as soon as possible. I take my personal and business vehicles there, not only because they are close, but because GOOSE is GOOD! I also like that they can sometimes offer rides, if needed, and loaner cars, if available, for jobs that take longer than expected. Not sure if thats standard service for everyone, but it has been offered to me in the past.

After a horrible service experience with the local Audi dealer, I found Goose Automotive to be the best place to bring my S4 convertible. "Goose" (the nickname for owner Gustavo Macharro) is very knowledgeable about the best repairs/services for my car and he clearly has a great team. His work is professional and prices fair. Im sure Goose can work on almost any make of car, but if you own an Audi, Mercedes, BMW, or other car that needs that "special" touch this is the place.

Go to Goose Automotive FIRST. I did and it was the best experience considering we discovered a bent axle on my truck within two das of having to return to West Texas! Goose diagnosed and repaired my truck in time and so professionally that I was extremely pleased with the experience.
