I cant even begin to convey how positive my experience was at Got Hair? salon. Sonia is an absolute artist, and I have never had someone work on my hair with such precision and care. I came into this salon two days before I loved out of town, and was able to get a last minute appointment to revert my dyed red hair back to a light blonde.... which if you have been in this situation is nearly impossible. Sonia was very open and honest about what I could expect and the price of the service, and was clear about the varying results I could expect depending on how my processed hair would react to the bleach. She proceeded in a way that preserved the integrity of my hair and wouldnt push it to the breaking point simply to get it as light as possible. All of the women in the salon were a joy to interact with throughout the day, at one point I think i had four of them working on me at once. After about 7 hours of work, my medium copper hair was a beautiful angel platinum blonde! It was everything I had wanted and more, and my only regret is that I have moved and wont be able to trust my hair to this amazing woman in the future!

I moved here a couple of years ago and have had trouble finding someone to cut my hair after trying a few stylists. I searched the internet extensively and read a lot of reviews and I found Got Hair. I made appointment w/Wendy and got a good vibe from her and the staff right from the beginning. She was quite patient w/me as I was trying to make a decision on what to do. Needless to say I was very happy with my choice of style. I will definitively make Got Hair and Wendy my go to place from this point on and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks for the opportunity for me to give my review and I hope this helps someone else to find a stylist like it helped me.

I had my hair done by Felicia this week and had a great experience. It was a long process because she had to do my highlights, roots and also cut my hair. The girl who shampooed my hair also did gave me a hand massage which was very relaxing. Overall it was an excellent experience and I would recommend Felicia and the Salon to anyone.

Wendy does a fantastic job cutting my hair. She gives great recommendations, takes my general desires and cuts hair the way I like it. My fiance also sees Wendy and she has helped her fix an underwhelming perm and turn it into a cut that she still gets compliments on 6 months later.

I love the haircut Felicia gave me, a beautiful job and just what was needed. She listened carefully to what I wanted and then offered solid constructive advice. Lovely. Would have given five stars except that I was told the service i had requested was $45 but was then charged $60.

Sonias been cutting and coloring my hair since I moved to San Antonio 11 years ago, and shes great! I like the other women working at the studio, also. The salon has a nice, relaxed atmosphere. Good hair styling - nice ladies - nice atmosphere . . . Definitely a winner!

Love this place! Every time I go, I get exactly what I ask for. My stylist also gives suggestions to my ideas that make the look Im going for even better. All the women at this salon are very professional. The environment is very welcoming and friendly.

I just got the worst haircut of my life. No shampooing, came out totally crooked. I asked for an angle around my face and got none. This place is not worth the money- I couldve done a better job myself.
