Came to TnT because a friend recommended it and I had been looking for a salon that I would stick with. Went on a Friday around 5:00 the receptionist greeted me upon entering with a huge fake smile, then proceeded to ask me if I had an appointment and if it was my first time there, I said no the appointment and yes to the first time here. She asked me to sit and wait while she found someone. Waited about 5 minutes when she came to where I was sitting and said they were booked, but their other location had someone available at 6:00; it was 5 minutes to six. I asked her if she had anything for tomorrow since she did not offer, she said she could check and then started blurting names, times and prices. I cringed a little, but told her I wanted to book with Chelsea since my friend highly recommended her. The appointment was set for 8:30am the next day. Next morning I get there about 5 minutesbefore my appointment and Im told Chelsie is running really behind, but Katelyn, who is at the same level as Chelsie, can see me. I agree. Waited about 10 minutes before someone else came and said they would shampoo my hair, felt awesome!!! Then sat about 5 minutes at the dryer (not under it) waiting for Katelyn. Once in the styling chair Katelyn asked how my morning was and offered me some much needed coffee. I showed her the pictures of how I would like my hair and she agreed it was a good cut for me. Katelyn was very helpful, answered all my questions and made awesome conversation. She mention the products she used on my hair, but was not all pushy about me buying anything! At the register I asked about the products and Katelyn showed me and repeated how to use each product and encouraged me about making a follow up appointment. I made a follow up appointment, but the receptionist did not confirm if the appointment was with Katelyn (I would totally recommend her!) and did not offer a reminder card. it was a good experience starting at the shampoo, prior to that I felt awkward and out of place since the receptionists are a bit insencere and dont give a welcome vive no matter how much they smile!

Sent to TNT Salon Email about a month ago -up to date no response So this is a FYI when considering this salon = all the ladies I recommended are definitely reconsidering = also after some issues they encountered. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Good morning, Just a quick note to let you know about my experience at TNT Concept Full set of Highlights Red Demi- Glaze This was done on Saturday & by Sunday night first wash - all of my red was gone! I understood this was going to wash away but not in 1 wash - I expected it to last longer for the price I paid. I called & explained the situation, & they said they could take me in - however due to my father being in the hospital last week as I explained to manager could not make it in that week. I was told the guarantee was only for 1 week & the stylist was going to be out of town that week so I could not have my hair reworked. I had been looking for a salon. As a matter one of the ladies at the office recommended this salon & then I had recommended another lady here at work...So 3 of us were looking forward to having TNT Concept be our salon . I like how my highlights turned out. However, when policies in place are set in stone with no flexibility even in emergency situations, it makes me reconsider the "customer relationship - service" provided. Thank you for your time.

I went in and had Michaela do the ombré on my hair. She did a horrible job my hair was brassy,orange and yellow. I was very dissapointed and told her how ugly and tacky it looked. And she had no type of sympathy or care. So I asked her to redo my hair. And that was the worse thing I ever suggested my hair came out even worse then the first time. It was fried and all damaged and a darker orange brassy color. Just tacky looking I was so embarrassed. She never once apologized to me. I asked to speak with the manager and she said I had to pay. Lol! So I basically paid Michaela $150 for messing up my hair. Smh! Horrible experience. And I went to TnT because its suppose to be an upscale hair salon. So if you want your hair hair brassy and orange and want to pay $150 go see Michaela.

Megan is awesome!!!! She has taken me through many hair colors as my tastes change and has done an amazing job. My hair was never "fried". Even when I REALLY didnt want to cut my hair (dead ends), I was very happy with her method of getting the dead ends gone but retaining almost all of the length. Plus, shes so friendly & bubbly. All of the other people working there are very nice, too. I highly recommend this place. (However, I did not like the other TNT salon down the street. They were not friendly and my hair came out very boring for twice the price.)

My daughter wanted a shorter hair style after having long hair for years.. totally regret it.. showed the stylist 3 different pics of what she wanted and walked out devasted...wanted shoulder length hair with layers. .walked out with a bob.. cut 12 inches off.i know sometimes you just have to adjust to new styles but this was drastic..we both want to cry..nothing like she wanted and the back is jacked up..

Went today to lighten my hair. I had a horrible experience at another hair salon, Gloria did my hair I had shared with her the damage that was done to my hair. She was very sensitive to what had happened. She was very careful of my hair and made sure there would be close to no damage. My end result I loved it and if I ever want to go lighter I will definitely request Gloria again. Thank you Gloria!!

I had highlights put in and I have a lot of damage from previous color and using my flat iron every day. My stylist, Idahlia, was great. She took her time with me and gave me great advice and service. Shes very knowledgeable and I would definitely go back to her!!

Bailey was amazing!!! I went because I had a groupon, and she was very thorough, friendly, and did great work. I got a full head of highlights, awapuhi treatment, and then a cut and blowout. I will be returning.
