So Ive been frequenting this location for the past several months now and I can honestly say it is for this one specific reason, and her name happens to be Prissy! I was recommended to her by a good friend of mine, and at first I was definitely apprehensive about going because im the type of guy to stick with what I know and not fix what isnt broken so to speak since i had been going to the same stylist for a few years now, and not to mention a 30 min travel time, but none the less i went and i can now say that it was probably the best decision I have ever made thus far pertaining to my hair. From the first visit I knew right off the bat that i was in good hands. She was very professional, very polite, and coming from a mother who owned her own salon i could tell that she knew what she was talking about. She definitely knew all the new trends and everything current. I was soo pleased with the very first hair cut, she pushed me out of my comfort zone and made me try something new and i fell in love and needless to say I have been going to see her every two weeks since then and each time i love my hair more and more! Were constantly changing and evolving my hair into something new, something amazing and i have never been more happy with a stylist. Ive never received soo many compliments on my hair in the past until now and every time i leave the salon i know i look amazing, which in return makes me feel amazing. I always look forward to going to the salon to see what were going to do next, and how were going to make it any better then the last. She is definitely someone i recommend to everyone both male and female because for one i know shes very much capable of providing amazing work but more important her main goal is to please her customer and give them exactly what they want. She always has and continues to make sure that i am completely happy with the end result and im sure that is how she is with all her other clients. Having a great experience at a salon is everything to me and coming to Visible Changes at La Cantera has always exceeded my expectations and it is definitely thanks Prissy! Shes my stylist, my therapist lol, and now someone i can legitimately say is becoming a dear friend. So i think its safe to say that i will continue to visit Visible Changes LC for a very very very long time.

Honestly, my experience at Visible Changes was just completely frustrating. I arrived on time for my appointment and the place was chaotic. There was nowhere to sit and wait and far too many people for the space. I was checked in and taken to the back to wait for the colorist to come get me. After 30 minutes, she finally seated me, but because the salon was overbooked, she had to keep leaving to help others. She didnt even start on my hair until an hour after my appointment. She was very nice, but this seemed very unprofessional. I debated leaving, but I waited it out and got partial highlights done. I showed her a picture of what direction I wanted to go with my color, and ended up disappointed. I now have several random pieces of blonde in my dark brown hair. I wanted to lighten with golden tones and I feel she didnt listen to my request. Then I was pushed to get a trim or conditioning treatment so that my hair wouldnt break off and that cost an extra 30 dollars on top of the very expensive highlights I received. The appointment didnt even include a blow dry unless I paid 20 more dollars, and the next client arrived before my appointment was over, so my colorist left to work on her while someone else washed, toned, and deep conditioned my hair. Then I left in a hurry with wet hair after paying an insane amount so that I wouldnt get too upset on my way out. I just didnt have a good experience AT ALL and Im not one to complain about these things. This is the first review I have left and I trusted the previous reviews I read online, but unfortunately I didnt have the same experience. I understand it was busy because it was the weekend, but it was out of control.

Recently had my hair done by Tabitha again. I have been coming to Tabitha for a couple of years now. She cuts my hair and does an amazing job every time. She is very professional, cares about doing a great job each and every time and really has a terrific work ethic. About six months ago, I accidentally fried my hair at home with a flat iron that had gone bad. (Didnt realize it had gone bad until it was too late). My hair was like straw. Kind of devastating! Tabitha did an amazing job guiding and helping me get it back to health again. She really walked with me through the whole process and went the extra mile for several months. Went in every week for about three months for conditioning and monthly for the triplex treatment and cut. So appreciative to her. My hair is a night and day difference today and feels like back to normal. She has even come in on her day off for me and has changed her schedule. So impressed with her skill level. Such a nice person. Give her a try. You will be glad you did. I also started seeing Riley for coloring my hair in the last five months and she is wonderful. She too really knows her stuff. She is very professional and friendly and easy to talk to. She does an awesome job every time. Truly great at what she does. If you are looking for a color pro, definitely see Riley. Both Tabitha and Riley are wonderful. You will love them both!!

I had an appointment this week and Kevin was my stylists and Cristina was my colorists. I was coming in to get a haircut corrected that was an ultimate fail. I loved that he listened to what I wanted and also gave his professional input. He corrected the haircut I previously had done and did an amazing job. I have already gotten so many compliments on my hair and I love it.I have already spoken about him on Facebook. I will always go to Visible Changes and request Kevin in the future for any cutting or styling I plan on getting done. As for Cristina, she was just so sweet. I told her exactly what I wanted and showed her pics of the look I was going for. I loved the fact that even though I showed her a pic with hair shorter than mine she understood that I still wanted my length of hair and just incorporated that style to my hair. I have also spoken about her on Facebook and I will also be requesting her from now on for any coloring I get done to my hair. They were both fantastic and they are the types of employees that will keep your business thriving.

This place is amazing!!! Have been coming here for years now and I always leave with a smile on my face for always being 100% satisfied. If you want the best color/highlights ask for Christine holly molly she is incredible and can do your hair in her sleep and gets it perfect every single time, I dont know how many times people have asked me "hey where did you get your highlights"! For my extensions or a Brazilian smoothing I go with Evelyn. She is honestly the nicest person I have ever met and makes time fly by with our conversations. Im just going on and on because I just love these ladies and hate when I travel and cant take them with me in my pocket! The ladies at the front desk are always so nice and welcoming and are always willing to work with me with my crazy schedule. Also love the atmosphere! Always have the best music, the place is always spotless clean and love to look around at all the stylists different hair styles that are So FREAKING COOL! I will continue coming here and keep sending people their way! Keep it up Visible Changes! ❤️❤️❤️
