I made an appointment yesterday and came in today with no recommendations, I just saw the good reviews on Google and Yelp. The location is a little sketchy, but the salon itself is nice inside. The lady who washed my hair was very quiet but while she washed it she also massaged my scalp. I could have fallen asleep right there. Amy cut my hair after a consultation and knows exactly what shes doing. Shes very talented. I have fine, long, super straight hair and she knew exactly how to do what I was asking for. Very satisfied with the results. The only thing I didnt love is that the lady who washed my hair also brushed it afterwards with a brush that was clearly used on multiple clients, but I guess thats the price you pay. Speaking of which, they are incredibly reasonably priced. I used to live in a small town and paid the same amount for a haircut there.

Initially, when I found this place for my wife, I was pleased to take her during my lunch hour (the joy of having 1 vehicle). However when we arrived, the first impressions were not what we had anticipated. After initial impressions, it was a relatively good experience. Ive broken down these impressions into a Pro/Con list. Pros: Free WiFi Great Haircut Friendly Staff Reasonably Priced His and Hers Cuts Cons: Long Wait times. Overwhelming Smell (semi-typical for salon) Dirty Entry Area with year round Christmas decor. Consider This: With 200+ positive Yelp reviews, I have certain expectations. Some were met, some werent. Bottom Line: We have come back again and again, that should speak for itself!

Run away! With all of the other choices out there go somewhere where they actually know what they are doing. Surprisingly as an Asian run business they are not competent enough to work with dark hair. Very unprofessional, they initially offered to redo but then claimed that they didnt know how anymore just to waste everyones time will not be back here again and if you value your time, money, & most importantly hair go elsewhere

Great place for very reasonable price. Got hot oil treatment along with cut and style with same day appointment. Amy was attentive to what I needed and designated multiple stylists to ensure that I am satisfied with my hairdo. Love how my hair turned out. Definitely will be returning.

Amy cuts my hair better any hairdresser Ive ever been to. Although their prices have shot up drastically in the past year or so. I dont really mind the increase though as far as coloring and/ or dyeing hair goes, I think it could use much improvement in that one area.

Horrible experience...went for a root touch up and the lady stained all my highlights. Now my highlights have dark spots all over. They tried to "fix it" but still looked horrible. Now I have to find another salon to correct this mess. Lesson learned...
