As a past employee, I would like to make everyone aware.....Heavenly Gourmet throws away a good deal of your food at the end of your event. They will package some food up and toss out the rest. Doesnt seem that harmful to you until you realize its anywhere between $100-500 being thrown out. They check to make sure they cant be seen by guests and then toss it in the trash. To add to the waste of money, if you order appetizers, the caterers who work your event will be in the kitchen eating most of them. The workers send out a few of each and then keep the rest and say they ran out if your guests asks for more. They work hard to impress you at the taster and then dont care as much at your event. They also make you pay for a certain amount of caterers to work your event and send less out so they can profit more. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.

INCREDIBLE food, AMAZING service, and an UNBELIEVABLE price. Heavenly Gourmet was nothing short of amazing for our August 5, 2017 wedding. We had around 300 guests and wanted an elegant feel at a good price and they delivered. Our first meeting with them went amazing and they let us try so many different types of food - we were sold. Their food is delicious and their owners and staff will stop at nothing to make sure your day goes as smooth as possible. So many people came up and told me how incredible the food was - they even served our cake and we had a mac n cheese bar for a late night snack. If I had to do it all over again, I would choose Heavenly Gourmet to cater my event every time. We love them and cannot recommend them enough!

The food was EXCELLENT!. I cant say enough good things about this caterer. I tried their food at a wedding venue event and again at a personal tasting. Each time the quality of the food was the same. Well after the wedding, guests are still asking for the name of the caterer and stating that they enjoyed the food. And to top it off, the prices are fantastic compared to some other caterers. Staff at the location as well as during my event were extremely professional and helpful. I believe we received a great value and would definitely use them again for additional events. Highly recommend.

I read with trepedation the bad review (below) but I have to say, our wedding was wonderful! Loretta appeared personally at the wedding, had nothing but great food, artfully prepared. Our guests raved about everything. Special touches (like bite-sized cheesecakes at every table, etc.) It could not have been more wonderful. We must not be talking about the same person! We thought she was great, and have since recommended her to countless others!! All I can say is, that other reviewer must have been a difficult person to deal with, because our experience was great!

We regularly host luncheons at our office and Heavenly Gourmet food is consistently great. People always ask "who catered this?" Sandwiches are delicious and the fajitas are PHENOMENAL, especially the steak, WOW! Pasta and fruit salads are always fresh and presented lovely. Lately the cookies have seemed better too. ALWAYS have plenty of food and more for the amount of people we order for. Weve occasionally tried other places but ALWAYS come back to Heavenly Gourmet. The staff and customer service is always wonderful as well.

Just left a tasting appointment with my fiance at Heavenly Gourmet. Oh my gosh! The food is so amazing. My fiance is very picky and he cleaned his plate and aaahed about the chicken. It was hard to choose which was our favorite because all dishes were wonderful! The explanation of services were explained very well and simple. I think this company has the best catering service to offer compared to what Ive tried. -Brandi & Juan

To the worker of Heavenly Gourmet, who drives a black Nissan and ran me off the road, that wasnt very nice. It does not matter if you were late to whatever catering job you had. I do not appreciate dangerous driving, especially when it affects me. Teach your workers how to properly drive.

If you are looking for a top notch caterer in San Antonio, give Loretta a call. She and her staff are just the best at everything they do. I have never been to an event where each and every word about the food and service was "perfection"! She made our day just spectacular.
