Called to ask for information on a Groupon promotion I purchased and no one answers, cant leave a message because the voicemail is full! I went to the locations and all the windows are covered, front door has a small sticker saying to go in thru the back door, I went and its locked! I have been trying to contact someone since I bought the promotion on Groupon at the end of April and still no response. I even tried contacting them via online chat! This is very frustrating and a waste of my time!

Called to inquire about signing my daughter up for a class and was instructed to register online for a class. So I registered online. Went to the studio for the class we registered for and no one was there. Waited 15 minutes still no one showed. Called the business number with no answer and voicemail full. That is very unprofessional and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Very unprofessional!!

Tried and tried over a weeks time to get in touch with the studio but no one ever answers the phone or returns your phone call. I called in December inquiring about dance class and was instructed to go online and register which I did. One $35 registration fee later I cant get in touch with the studio to find out when class starts.

I love the Twinkle Stars program for my 4 year old, and the baby body bop class for my 2 year old! My girls cant wait to go to class each week, and love learning from Miss Ashley. Highly recommend this dance studio.
