I was there last night at 7:30pm. No one was in the front to seat us. We waited 5 mind and no one ever offered a booth or table. You werent very busy. We took a booth in the back and I walked over to a waitress and asked her for help with menus and water. She looked at me as if I asked her for her soul. She came back with water ten mins later and a horrible attitude. I asked her if she could please bring us menu and she said OK with a angry tone and rolled her eyes. After 15 of no menus we walked away! I saw no one of management position there that could help the situation. It looked as if the restaurant is ran by unhappy waiters and waitresses. I will never return to a place filled with negative energy the moment you step inside. The food and drinks are great buy the mood kills it all.......very disappointed.

Having been there twice - my only suggestion is to stay away from peak hours. While the food is very tasty - the ambience is lacking. No space to wait - one small bench. The bar seats 8-10 and backs right up to tables where people who are eating have the nice view of the backsides of folks who are on the wait list and prefer to wait with a cold one in hand. Except they cant - because the bartenders (all two of them) are too busy with their 8 seated bar patrons. Aside from that - its so noisy you cant hear yourself think. Good food - but horrible atmosphere.

Excelente servicio y variedad de platos estilo tex mex. Hay menú infantil y refill de bebidas. Las porciones son abundantes y los precios adecuados al lugar y la calidad del servicio (9 a 15 dólares por plato)

I hardly ever take the time to leave reviews but I visit Tiago’s at the Rim at least 3 times a month and really enjoy the Baja Mahi Fish Tacos and the Wood-Grilled Angus Burger. The food in consistently great tasting and the service is excellent. I have not visited the other locations but I would highly recommend this one because I would drive across town for dinner for the value, quality and service that I get at Tiago’s.

I like this place. The food was so radically different from the typical tex mex venues in the area. The tacos had a very baja feel to the taste. I had the street beef tacos, and I liked the time they took to make the taste and experience very authentic. The food was not over priced. I got more than I normally would expect for the mount I paid. The service was superb. I will definitely be back.

This food was fantastic! The hot sauce is to die for! I had to buy some to bring home to Fort Worth. Our waiter was superb. Will definitely be back when we visit San Antonio next. They even gave us a free piece of chocolate cake because we were from out of town and first timers to the restaurant, and boy was that cake delicious! Maybe they will build one in the DFW area next. :-)

This restaurant was a nice surprise. We went in the late afternoon and it was not too busy. Our server was exceptional, and we didnt have to ask for any refills or chips; she anticipated our need for both and expediently served us. The food was great- especially their loaded queso dip. We will go here again. So far, the best texmex/mexican food weve been to in the city.

I got sick from eating the chicken enchiladas. I cut my enchilada enchilada with my fork and the chicken was BRIGHT PINK. Absolutely disgusting. The service was not good either. They told me they would take my meal off the bill and get me another entree. I got something else and they charged me for the new entree. Dont go here!

Been coming here since the day it opened. I would give it five stars except the food isnt great across the board. Some items they do really well and some are mehh.. The refried beans are some of the best in San Antonio. The chips and salsa are unique ( ask for roasted salsa ). Surprisingly one of the better burgers in town.

The food is out of this world. I have eaten here many times and every time, from the service to food it has been absolutely out of this world. Great place to relax, have a excellent margarita, and dinner. The Dates I have taken here have been the best, and every date after this is the place they want to eat.

Great location, quick service. They even have a separate vegetarian menu and also a separate gluten free menu for those that are into that, you just have to ask for it though or print it out online before you go. Not really Tex-Mex, but good for a change of pace if you want to try something a bit different.

Amazing fajitas, cheese enchiladas, roasted salsa and strawberry margaritas (they are more flavorful than alcohol based). DEFINITELY try the Mexican Chocolate Cake!!! make sure its warm tho... Good service and nice interior. Only sometimes there are flies flying around and it kind of devalues the place.

I highly recommend this restaurant. It had a warm and friendly atmosphere, food was great and even though we had soda and water, it was promptly filled when we were low. As other reviews mentioned, the chocolate cake is outstanding.

Excellent. Flavorful food! Mole enchiladas, cilantro lime chicken, and grilled veggies are my favorites! Lunch specials for about $8 are good too. Delicious chocolate cake is served with cinnamon ice cream... Yum! We will be back!

Tiagos was recommended on our recent visit to S.A. and we were not disappointed. The food was great! Ordered beef fajitas and the lunch portion was just the right size. Salsa and guacamole was fresh and delicious.

The food here is disgusting. The coconut shrimp tasted floury and sweet. The enchilada trio was horrible and I could barely eat it. Again, overly sweet - Ive never had sweet Mexican food and will NOT return.

Food is basic every level, just a notch above Taco Cabana, service is nominal and mediocre at best...not sure how theyre paying the light bill other than being strategically located.

This is a nice place for some good Mexican/Tex-Mex. The happy hour special was nice. Its a nice place for a group. The food and Margaritas were good. Salsa and queso are tasty

This is a nice Mexican restaurant. The place is pretty loud but I dont mind because no one will pay attention to my toddlers tantrums in that noise. So works for me.

Great food, but the Mexican chocolate cake is to die for. You can ask for a birthday slice if you want a smaller piece and a smaller price. Its the best cake.
