Their 5 dollar deals are really great. They come with drinks (usually), and theyre filling, delicious AND have healthy options. I havent seen that with anyone else. They flavor is AMAZING, especially for the prices. Customer service is great here and so is the open atmosphere. Its busy here and can be noisy depending on how busy it is, but thats to be expected. The biggest thing is that they get you in and out quickly and without issue. You get what you pay for and some. Id recommend it to anyone. Yummy yummy!

First time trying it and I was excited until I went inside and saw how dirty it was. Still gave it a shot because I understand they were busy but to have a trashy ghetto cashier give me attitude, not get my order right then act like its my fault that im upset like really child it isnt that hard to push a button on a screen. TRASHY NASTY PLACE TO GO EAT SKIP IT WHEN YOU PASS BECAUSE IF THE RESTAURANT ISNT ENOUGH TRASH THEY CASHIERS ARE! HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL WARN EVERYONE NOT TO EAT THERE.

At this visit the chicken was over cooked an completely dry and burned in many section didnt even have the citrus taste to it, and the corn tortillas were cold and broke when I was going to grab chicken the employee apologized saying the warmer was broken. Sorry to say it its not the customers fault, we paid and expected good food. Ive never complained about this PL because I never had to..... Plz. dont make this PL close down. I love Pollo Loco, and its close to my home.

I Love going to El Pollo Loco allot but i dislike going at night because the girl workers are very sloppy for them it takes 2 people to do one thing and who ever is in charge at night which i believe its a chubby girl who needs to learn how to manage their workers id fire her if i was manager... i saw the girl worker giving away free food to other girls one time the girls at night are all just sloppy. I hate this place because I was getting a orchata so thenI looked at it and there was a big cacoroch in my orchata I told the Maneger but he said he doesnt care! AND you shouldnt go to that place because the restroom are so disgusting because in the restroom THERES lot of crickets and fire ants and really big flies! THAT PLACE HAS A REALLY BAD SURVICE!!!

Ate here today and the restaurant was filthy! Cashier was rude and disrespectful and on top of that served my order 20 mins later and it was cold! Will not return. If by chance any "manager " was present they were obviously not doing their job.

My coworkers and I frequently visit this Pollo Loco location and whether we dine in or order from the drive thru, we always recieve great food and customer service. It keeps us coming back at least once or twice a week. Keep up the good work!

One of the better chains in San Antonio. The chicken is grilled or baked and extremely flavorful. It offers a variety of salads as well. If you have to get fast food, this is one of the healthier options.
