Over promised under delivered!!! The first day I dropped my vehicle off (7am) James informed me I would get a call around noon, no call. After numerous calls later that day around 4:30 I was finally given an estimate, needed new front rotors, new brake pads and the passenger side brake caliper. At this time I gave James the approval to repair the vehicle. The next day I didnt hear anything but this was ok I just figured they would be working on the repair. The following day at 11am I gave them a call to check on the status, at this time I was told they were waiting on parts that should arrive at any minute and the vehicle should be ready for pick up after lunch. Around 2pm with no call to let me know if it was done I gave James a call. James informed me that the parts arrived but the were sent the wrong parts and they had a driver on the way with the correct parts.This time I was told it should be ready around 5:30 before they close for the day. By 5:45 I hadnt received a call so I gave them a call hoping I would be able to pick the vehicle up. At this time James wasnt available and I spoke with Michael, I was informed that once again the parts warehouse sent them wrong parts and this delayed them from having it ready for pick up by the time they closed. I let Michael know that my son needed the vehicle for work the next day and he guaranteed me it would be ready by 10:30am and they just had to finish installing the new parts. The next day at 10am I gave James a call to let him know I was heading that way, James said that would be fine everything was done the mechanic was driving the vehicle to make sure all was good. As we arrived I could see the vehicle was still in the shop with the wheels off and it looked like it was still being worked on. I just figured they could be making some adjustments so I went ahead and payed the bill and left my son, we were told they had another 15 minutes to go. Two hours later I received a call from my son, once again the vehicle still wasnt ready to go. A little frustrated I gave James a call, know Im being told once again they received the wrong parts and they couldnt fit one of the wheels on because the new caliper was to big. Not sure how this was possible if they were driving it before I arrived to make sure it was good to go and by this point I began to loose trust in everything I was being told. I understand problems happen and things dont always go as smooth as planned add this to the fact that the communication between me and Christian Brothers would only be when I would call to check in. Never was I called with an update until after I expressed my frustrations. I asked to speak with the manager/owner Mark Moody, I was told he was in a meeting at that he would give me a call. He didnt give me a call but they did put my son in a rental car for they day.

I have to give this place a one star for safety reasons. I took my vehicle in because I had a leak in my transmission. I also had a full tuneup on my vehicle and paid nearly 1400 for this to be done, I drive a Lincoln navigator 09. When I got my vehicle I went straight home, I live near by. The next day I noticed when I would step on the gas pedal my car would stall for a few seconds then kick it. This nearly got me into a car accident, taking my kids to school. When I took it back, it sat there for almost three days. My brother called them told them he was going to be there in a hour by the time he got there my car had already been worked on. (Dont know why my brother had to call and show up for this to finally happen) He talked to a Doug that was very helpful all he did was take everything back out and put it back in place and replace the oil now my car drives like new! Thank you Doug! However I have to question this establishments safety guideline because my vehicle was not safe for the road to begin with, I could have hurt my self, my children or an innocent person because one of your workers didnt screw in something right.

Every single encounter I have had with the individuals here has been extremely professional and courteous. The work they do has been fairly priced and completed by the time they said it would be. They offer a courtesy shuttle which will pick you up and drop you off if requested. I highly recommend this location. They have been honest about which repairs were needed and which were not, or those that could wait and for how long. The waiting area (should you decide not to utilize the shuttle) is comfortable and they provide coffee or water.

Very Impressed! I had engine noise from my 2006 Acura and they repaired it without issue. They also suspected that there may be other issues and suggested I fix them. The piece thats most impressive is that upon further inspection they decided they actually didnt need to fix some of the additional issues. That takes a lot of integrity considering I already agreed to have them fix them and wouldnt have know if they did it unnecessarily. The fact that they did the work for a fair price and did an honest job makes them a 5 star business to me!

This is my second time coming to this shop for car repairs. Every time I come, the Office has been very professional and polite. Each time the owner has taken his time to introduce him self and shake my hand. I like the peace of mind of being able to drop off my car and not have to worry about it being repaired properly. They also offer a ride to where ever you need to go, which is a huge convenience. Also any question that I have is always thoroughly answered. Would highly recommend this place.

Fantastic repair shop. I lived in Cibolo for two years and this shop did repairs on my three cars - always with quality work. I moved out of the area and had a part failure on one of my cars (nothing Christian Brothers did wrong - just part failure) and Michael at Christian Brothers could not have been more helpful to get my Sequoia repaired while still under warranty. When Christian Brothers says they will go above and beyond to help a customer - they mean it. I cant recommend them enough.

We recently received an estimate for a noise in the area of the right front brake. When the estimate came in for over $400, we said no and took it to another reputable place. The results were we did not need brakes as they were not even down to the indicators. That was done at no charge. Please be careful in the price they charge and the fact they were willing to do unneeded work. By the way the brakes at the other place would have cost $165 with top of line brakes and warranty.

My hats off to the team at Christian Brothers in Schertz. Were traveling to south Texas when we had car problems at 4:00 pm on a Friday. We limped into their location - they were busy but they worked our car in and got us back on the road by 615 pm that night. Our kids were so happy we were able to get to south padre and didnt have to spend the night in Schertz. Thanks for all your help and making us feel like we mattered and not an inconvienence.
