Such a bad experience during a family celebration. Had a larger party with reservations (16). Got there, and they were NOT ready for us (but was for another larger group of 30 at the same time). We had no waiter assigned at first so they got the bartender to be our person (he was great). The food support service was horrendous. No menus till late. No waters till 30 minutes after seating. The bartender work his tail off, but got no (none, nada) support from the house waiters. And the place was not even full. The manger was the worst. Took no responsibility. Just spouted that they were overwhelmed (we made a reservation and double checked). Could not explain how other groups and the large one was able to be served within 2 hours, but not us. A very bad experience that makes me never to frequent this establishment again. Just plain bad management.

Worst restaurant in Seguin. My family and I went to eat there and while we waited to be seated no one actually noticed us. A group of 8 hispanic people, really?! Anyway another family came in, group of 5 white people and the waiter immediately went up to them and got a table for them. Okay, I dont know if they had reservations or if they were regulars but someone should have asked if we had been helped....at least. So my mom was upset already..waited about 10mins, and so we just went right ahead and chose our own table. So once we sat down, my mom had to call a waiter because again no one would come to us, so after we all ordered the food took a while to come out and some of it was cold. What a surprise! We havent gone back...and we wont back.

The waiter was unable to answer a simple yes or no question. I had to get up from the table and go ask for silverware from a group of employees (including the manager who had his back to me and never turned around). The tortillas looked and tasted like cheap pre-packaged tortillas that the kitchen slapped some oil on and warmed up. The guacamole had bits of cheese in it and several pieces of avocado with bad spots. We had to wave at the waiter to get him to stop visiting with another employee and come get our credit card so we could pay and get the hell out of that miserable experience.

The advertising sign said in BIG bold print (english version ) Happy hour all day Mon -Tues , well today is Tuesday and that is what brought us in only to find out NO SPECIAL on Holidays !! hmmmm even on the menu same but nothing saying not on Holidays !! Then being past customers we noticed the price increased but we still ordered only to receive certain smaller portions of the dish that weve ordered many a times !! I will think twice before I send my business clients over there !! Note the the wait staff was very attentive and helpful !!!

Very horrible service. Today is Monday labor day. Margaritas on special Monday and Tuesday. I ordered a large. After I took a drink, waitress said its $10.99 not $4. No special on Holidays. I told her I didnt want it, got up and left. They need to change menu on drinks if thats the case. Poor management. Worse experience I had in a restaurant. They should of honored the sale price. To loose a customer over a drink price. Now they have to pour it out and loose $ and canceled our food order. Very unprofessional.

Terrible! The only flavor in the food is salt. So you might as well grab a salt shackers and pour it down your throat. Also everything had an underlining flavor of being scortched. Mexicans will roll over in their Graves at how bland this food is. The salsa is their only saving grace and its nothing to write home about. Over priced for what it is. Go to taco bell and you will get better food. The restaurant is kinda dirty , service was ok.

Exelente. Muy buen service,Good food ,Ricas Micheladas, friendly people. Especially un mesero name Daniel that when ever we go to San Antonio and visit this place we ask for his service because he is Exelent Mesero we appreciate him very much. We also love the environment because it wasnt the tipical Mexican music like the other restaurants because they think about different cultures visitors and I appreciate that. We just love this place.

Horrible horrible horrible .....new management needs to be implemented. Slowest service ever experienced... terrible waitress. Ordered a special margarita on their drink menu, waitress returned stating they didnt have the ingredients to make it, then ordered another drink and she returned stating they didnt have a bartender. They didnt even have pibb extra that was listed on their menu. Will definitely not return to this location.

It looks old but dont let that fool you! The theme is continued inside with antiques of interest adorning the walls. Table seating with an old style counter for when youre dining solo. The food is great! My compliments to the chef! And my waitress was the sweetest lady with the kindest, happy eyes who treated me like she had all the time in the world even though she was busy!

I ordered a margarita and it tasted like lemonade so I asked the manager and he said that thats the way they were because they were already made and normally they asked would you like something else he didnt even care. taco cabana margaritas are better and less expensive. I will never go back to Los Cucos Restaurant.

Went on a tuesday night and the place was awesome! got seated right away, food was hot and delicious! the waitress was right on point about everything. and it was so cheap! i was really surprised to see so many bad reviews? im deffinately going back again! $1.50 magaritas mon-tuesday!

Excellent service from Tyler. Food was very good and not overly priced. Nice atmosphere with country greats music in the background. Only complaint is they put two enchiladas on the sizzling skillet with the steak which made the cheese burn. Everything else is 5 star

Pretty good. Stopped on our way to SA on a Sat afternoon. Rather large place, was not crowded. RR really small & run down but clean. The green & red salsa served with chips are super delicious! Same chain/Menu as Los Cucos Ive been to in Houston.

My mother took me to Los Cucos forgetting that I was vegetarian! However, they took a meat option, the chimichanga, and made it vegetarian for me! It was so wonderful! Great iced tea! Comfortable atmosphere. Service is great, staff is friendly.

Good food at a decent price. The staff is very friendly. But every time we visit, I am hit with a sewer aroma when you first enter. After 2 minutes, you dont notice it any more. I will go back. But wish they would fix the smell.

Food flavorless, my food was cold, gave me wrong dish, gave my 16 year old cousin a plate with alcohol in it,Waiter was very irresponsible and rude. Over all disgusting. Rating from 1-10 Id give it a 2 1/2

This is my favorite place to stop for food on my whirlwind trips to San Antonio and back. Its perfectly situated to be hidden enough from the bustle, but the quality of the food stays consistently good.
