Chick-fil-A is the love of my life. It was my first job and taught me everything about great customer service skills and efficiency over a decade ago. I was a cashier and dining room person. I still go to Chick-fil-A at least once a week when I lived in Ohio, and now at least five times a week, and often twice a day or sometimes even three times a day now that I moved to Austin and have a job that involves driving all day. I actually had Chick-fil-A for breakfast and dinner yesterday, and breakfast and dinner for today! The moment I saw a sign for Chick-fil-A, I shifted lanes to come here. That being said: Unfortunately, I have to be honest with my review here. This is hands down the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. First, the aesthetics when walking in were horrible. ALL tables were dirty and had dried milk and sauces. This indicates a long time the dining area hasnt been cleaned. Second, the first thing I did after driving a long distance was to go to the restroom. There were no paper towels stocked, and there was a roll of bathroom toilet paper on the sink! Third, when I ordered my food, there were no tables clean, as I have said, so I had to walk around finding a table, but had to settle on cleaning one myself. Eventually someone cleaned some up. Unfortunately, not on time. Fourth, the four strips I had were hardly strips. More like burnt or overcooked flat pieces of chicken in too much breading. Not even enough chicken. Disappointed. Another unfortunate thing is since moving to Austin, I have been much more interested in a competing chicken strips restaurant, that isnt as common in Ohio, because they offer better quality chicken strips at a much better price. I hate to give a scathing review, but I hope this helps.

4 stars but only because Im not a huge fast food person. This place is awesome - the fries are soo good, and its so family-friendly its ridiculous. The owner is such a nice guy, and all of the employees are always super nice and helpful. They come around when youre sitting and eating and offer you refills and ask you how its going. Its truly a step up in service for fast food, for real. Theres a playscape which is cool, and the food is great. Lemonade is AWESOME too. Drive thru gets pretty busy at lunch time but they added a second line to make things go faster. Lunch rush is pretty busy but its just a sign that its a great place with great people.

As far as fast-food goes, Chick-Fil-A is some of the best. My favorite sandwich is the crispy Spicy Chicken Fillet Deluxe: it comes with pepper jack cheese, pickles, lettuce and tomato. Their salads are good too and theyve recently introduced a Cobb Salad with chicken breast pieces, romaine lettuce and red cabbage, shredded cheese, roasted corn, cherry tomatoes bacon bits, and delicious crispy red bell pepper bits that come in a packet to add on top. They have seasonal milkshake flavors and among these my favorite is the Peach shake (available during summer months); it has bits of peaches floating in it and it tastes great!

Best Chick-fil-A ever! This place is amazing. Everything on the menu is delicious (plus they have AWESOME salads and healthy options), the drive through is super fast and moves multiple lanes with 3 or 4 guys running around outside to get the food to you faster, and the employees ask for your name when ordering and actually remember me! The place has a waterfall outside, a cow dancing by the street, and a guy with a bowtie and a massive handlebar mustache who looks out for the customers needs. What more could you ask for? and all for a 6 dollar lunch. 5 stars for this place!

I absolutely love chick fil a, if it was a love language its my first one. This chick fil a is close to my work so I go often, and unfortunately something always gets messed up on my order. Either, forgetting somethings like dipping sauce or straws or giving me the wrong thing i.e. Wrong salad dressing, or wrong sandwich all together. Like I said I love chic fil a, I just havent had any issues at any of them besides this one with fulfilling the order. Its disappointing when I get back to work with my food and its not even correct.

The staff here, from Alan (the manager) on down, is top notch. Based on the quality of service, you would not know you are in a "fast food" establishment. Thanks to the staff, the food is always hot, accurate to order, and delivered fast - even when theres a crowd at lunch. Definitely my best experience for a Chick-fil-A and thats saying something. Ive been here enough times that multiple people on staff have started calling me by name. Thats refreshing in this day where it seems like great service is really hard to come by.

Real fan of this location, the only one located on 360 so the only one for me on the way to Houston that is easy to get to. The place is always clean, the food is always cooked correctly and there is never a mess up in the orders so that is nice. The staff is fast and friendly so thats all you can ask for from a fast food place. Love this place and they have lots of family events as well catered for the families in the area.

Went to a wonderful family night, kids had a blast. Face painter was exceptional. Tried the new watermelon mint lemonade and the BBQ bacon chic sandwich, both where excellent. Staff super friendly. Inside dining is very comfortable; lighting, seating, even with the kids and hustle and bustle its not loud or unpleasant. Great place for families.

Im a regular here, and the service and food is always great. Today I couldnt find my wallet when I went to leave. Two managers, Alan and Victor, took the time to sort through the trash and found it for me. They also offered to give me a ride if the members of my party were in a hurry. Outstanding service and with a smile. Thanks guys!

Wonderful customer service here. Ive been visiting this location for about 5 years and many of the employees have been working there the whole time. They seem to take pride in their work. I love how one of the women there always puts out fresh flowers in each table. At Christmas she put out little rosemary trees. So sweet.

The service is great and people are friendly. I had the opportunity to talk to Operator Alan. He was great to chat with and you could definitely tell his focus was a great food experience. He also knew the name of almost everyone walking by. Best chica in Austin Area.

This location has the best drive thru! Whenever I go get food its always during the high hour of lunch and this place is packed! They never fail to surprise me with how quickly they get people through the line and always have the correct order so quickly!
