I contacted DWR Construction to remodel my master bathroom. Mike Arnett came to our house the same day that I called to set up an appointment. He walked us through every step. This being the first home I have owned I was extremely worried about being taken advantage of. He was extremely patient with us and made me feel like all my concerns were worth taking the time to address. I didn’t feel like I was being rushed to ask him my questions because he had some where else to be, or rushed to make a decision. When my husband and I decided to select DWR Construction to do our bathroom remodel I didn’t second guess our decision once. The men he sent to do the work were very knowledgeable about the work they were doing. They were able to answer all my questions pertaining to the work being done at that time. I felt like they gave my family and home the respect and professionalism we deserve. The next time I need any work done to our home I will be calling DOING WHAT’S RIGHT CONSTRUCTION!! Thank you.

Cary and Julie were super project managers for our Master Bath remodel. We tore out the Jacuzzi tub, had a larger walk in shower built in the existing and surrounding area, new cabinets installed along with counter tops and hard ware. They were on time, they kept me informed when workers were to show up and followed thru with checking on items to be done. The different workers they brought into the house to do the project were always easy to deal with and did really great work. Cary and Julie made the project go as easily as it possibly could. The project was right on schedule as predicted. I would recommend DWR and Cary and Julie anytime for any project. Cant say enough good about their work experience, and their professionalism. My Master bath looks as beautiful as I imagined it would.

I had my bathroom completely remodeled 2 years ago and after much difficulty, and problems getting them to complete work done as promised, it was completed. This company has a poor track record of not returning phone calls and I was not satisfied when complete. Two months later found paint work done on walls was peeling off. Now, after more than two years, the Jacuzzi bathtub they installed is not working and although Jacuzzi warranties the parts for life, if I do not have my receipt, I cannot get pump replaced. When I called to get receipt, after two days of telling me they would call me back, and being told they are not sure if they can give me a receipt for the tub, I am still waiting for a call back.

DWR had a horrible contract written in a way where you have very little rights as a customer. We went with them because they seemed to have good reviews online. After using them we are completely disappointed. The pea gravel work they did on our back yard had lots of rust that developed even within weeks after the work was done. They told us that all pea gravel rust but we had pea gravel that was originally put in our back yard when the house was built and there is no rust that developed even after 14 years. I think DWR used cheap material or somehow they didnt mix it properly. I would avoid this company if I were you and find someone else who does a better job.

This might be a great construction company, thats why they are so busy, however, to waste a customers time and their time is unprofessional. I waited over a month to get my first appointment, then was told I would have a follow up appt. call the next day, but his office never called. Then when the office gal did call, it was nearly another month to get the follow up appt and on the day of the appt. they called to tell me he was very busy and would not be able to keep the appt., not just for that day, but EVER. Absolutely ridiculous. My husband told me to tell them to forget it long ago but I wanted to give them a chance since they were local, never again.

Both my husband and I have been very pleased with the work that has been done by DWR. Lori Cross was our designer and from our first meeting she was a great help to us. She helped with the initial design as well as the interior decorating, and she helped me choose both paint and flooring and it has turned out to be exactly what we envisioned. Everyone on the DWR team has been very professional and diligent. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend this company - they have always done exactly what they promised. We have had DWR give us a few different estimates for work on our house and we decided to start with our windows. Our sales person Dustin was very professional and explained the differences in products to get us the right windows for our home. The process was easy and not stressful like some of the other companies. The installation only took a few days and the workers were very clean and accommodating with our little dogs. We plan to have them help us with our upcoming kitchen project. I would highly recommend Dustin and DWR as a whole. Thank you again for the excellent work.

DWR Construction couldn’t have done a better job. I just had a screen room put in, just in time for spring. Mike and his crew did a very good job. With any remodeling job I think it is only reasonable to assume that there is going to be some mix up. That said the paint color was wrong but I called and they fixed the problem right away no questions asked. The crew was very friendly and easy to work with. I felt comfortable having them in our house and around my son. Any other work I need done I will be sure to call DWR Construction.

Lori was wonderful to work with. She was extremely patient when she worked with all four of us, and carefully listened to the different visions each one of us had with what we wanted for our outdoor kitchen. She even met with us three times before we actually signed the contract. She was also very helpful in giving us advice with what we already have going on in the backyard and what would look the nicest. THANK YOU LORI! Cannot wait to see the final product.

We had a Super Garage built last year and are very pleased with the end product. All projects have weather issues which hold up progress. Our manager Bill Bailey was right on top of the project. He Listened to our concerns, was good about explaining the various phases of the build and was available for extra meetings with my husband at the end of the day. Angela Harless in the office made the selection process very easy, and was mindful of our budget.

As a Disabled Military Retiree I was very impressed in the way DWR staff and field contractors managed and completed all the construction so that I as a veteran who is visually impaired have a better quality of life.
