BAD BUSINESS!!! Non-professional and show up for appointments that arent scheduled. Showed up to the house literally banging on the door and when he didnt get an answer he stayed outside the house until someone came out. His communication skills are very poor for he doesnt return phone calls and when he doesnt receive the expected amount from the insurance he just flat out drops you without any warning or any calls. So when hes first hired for business he places this hideous sign in your yard to promote his business and how we knew he had fired himself was that he went by the house unexpected again when nobody was home and removed the sign!

Tommys crew did a fabulous job. He is diligent and on time. He returns your phone calls promptly. He checks the crew out to make sure everything is going smoothly. I know listening to this is hard to believe...Tommy stands out over all the MEDROCRITY in this world we live in. This really should be the NORM not a surprise when you find out someone does what they say they will do. His crew did a fabuous job on the roof and also the siding. Had Tommy from Allstate out to a restaurant site to give us an estimate of work to be done on a commercial building roof top. He was prompt, courteous, and got us a written report with photographs quickly. Very pleased so far.
